When they got to our house, it was the best experience from the beginning to the end. They were two of the friendliest people ever. The TVs were hung perfectly, cables hidden - suggested an idea for the tv boxes and it went flawlessly. I also realized I needed a network cable connector added in the basement, and with no questions asked, they fixed that too! The first time they were out here they were five hours late with no communication, made several measuring mistakes which resulted in 9 holes in our wall and the technician staying until almost midnight. He left the tv not mounted properly for two weeks before he finally came back and still didn't mount the tv properly. We are now out $600 and will need to hire someone else to mount the tv properly. They also accused me of trying to discredit their veteran-owned business by leaving a bad review even tho the pictures speak for themselves. And btw the husband is a combat veteran so that accusation is laughable.
