To say the least, the system we installed was not easy to set up and only worked adequately for about a year and one by one the cameras started to fail. We Contacted Integra and the owner, Greg came out to the property, looked over the property and gave a reasonable proposal to install a new system. The system was installed on schedule and the reps went over all of the functions and helped us set it up on our phones so we could remotely view the property. He did not finish installing the system, nor did he even start on the two cameras. Only one of the eight door sensors for the security system was correctly installed. The other sensors were either incorrectly installed or not installed at all. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone at the company. When I finally did get a response, they offered a 20% refund ($65.60) on the $328 job. Two cameras were not even touched ($229) and the $99 security system was not functional. So I paid $262.40 for nothing!!! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm stunned that this company has good Yelp reviews. Please refer to the 1.11 star average rating from 122 people on BBB for a more accurate assessment of this company.
