~diagnostics fee $155 was required upfront yet no call back or follow until "I" had to pursue text and calls for update after a week and a half. ~ at time of equipment drop off was verbally informed the diagnostics fee could be applied towards a new printer if required a new printerhead yet upon making my follow up call because of not hearing back there was no mention of that applicable diagnostics fee being applied towards a new printer due to defective printer head evaluation. ~ upon pick up to retrieve my equipment, I reminded of their verbal diagnostic fee statement that they would apply the diagnostic fee towards a new printer as stated during my initial drop off. ~ I was told that he would circle back to me with comparable printer options to apply the fee to and they would let me know the pricing on a new printer. I insisted that it not be a refurbished printer, as I had already looked up my type of printer that I retrieved back, knowing exactly what Amazon was charging for it.. ~ not surprisingly that I never heard back anything. Not a text not a call, nothing same as after I dropped it off. ~ hugely disappointed and I recommend you save your money if you require any type of diagnostics. ~ it's unfortunate for them as I would have possibly utilized additional service needs and possibly offered recommendation, but unfortunately, I cannot do so because I walked away completely and totally dissatisfied after the initial reassurance that the diagnostics fee would be applied towards replacement equipment. ~ even after I reminded of all this and his lip service that he would research and contact me back with a comparable option to apply the diagnostics fee for a new printer 'not a refurbished version.' I never was contacted again with his follow. he knew he was making an easy $155 from me and never provided any services only empty words. read more

Trey did a fabulous job repairing an old-style-but-fabulous Kyocera phone for me, and now it looks and acts like new. I must admit I was a nervous wreck, fearing I would lose many things I desperately wanted to keep, but every single thing was saved. I'm so happy that I'm going to take other things to him to get them cleaned and updated---fair warning, Trey!---so I don't get into some other jam. In fact, I'd drive up from my home in South Florida if I had to, just to deal with this shop. I trusted they knew what they were doing, instead they ripped me off!!! Charged me 65 dollars to order a battery my phone didn't need, i paid them 96.00 to fix my phone and 4 days later same old battery and same problem.They wanted to and did charge me for not fixing my phone. Refund, joke time was 30.00 of the 96.00 i paid them!!!! I told them if they needed that bad keep the 96.00 THEY DID WOW!!! Great way to run a store!!!! Third time doing business with this place. I will return. I find them very helpful and up front about their pricing and what they can and can't do. Jacob was great today. Needed to see if my power cord needed replacing or if it was my computer. It was the cord: pricey but with tons of "ends" for other items I will need to charge. Professional and knowledgable. It was clear Jacob knew exactly what he was doing. While I could have probably purchased a cord much cheaper on Amazon I feel confident that this is the correct one and will last a long time, plus the information I received is so helpful. Never again. You guys should e more careful with who you hire for the front desk. I had been a client with you guys for the past four years and when I went there a couple months ago I was not impressed. The young man up front said he needed my passcode for my phone. I told him to scratch out the paper I wrote it on. I found out later that he only pretended to scratch it out, it was still on the paper with all my other information on it. He also was nosey about the apps on my phone; talking about it loudly in a room with other customers. Not cool. read more

I asked Mr Brandon for his advice should I have Mr. Brandon renew my PC for $400 to last for a nother 5 years? Or should I buy a new PC for $500 to $600 n Mr Brandon said honestly he thinks it's best for me to buy a new PC then taking chances buying used boards that might only last a year or 2. The official name for this place is Cellular Phone Hospital. Unfortunately the reverse is true, your phone will be in much worse shape after taking it here. At least for battery replacement anyway. I went here a year ago to have my smartphone battery replaced. My local Verizon referred me after telling me they don't replace batteries at Verizon anymore. So at first, the battery was replaced and it was doing well. Fast forward about 5 months, and the battery's draining much faster than even my old battery ever did. Even the simplest things like accessing My Verizon, going to the Facebook app, going to my photos, and even making a phone call would sometimes instantly make the battery go down about 2/3 of the way. Took it to Verizon and did everything they told me to reduce battery usage, and nothing worked. Then Verizon looked at the back of the phone and could tell that it looked like the new battery had been smashed in and wouldn't even give me any money for it. So I had to go back to my old cell phone and get a tablet for using apps. Fast forward even further, my now unused smartphone's battery has now outgrown the phone and is bloated, looking like it'll explode soon. The battery was accessible (which shouldn't happen with a smartphone), and has now been properly disposed of. The phone looks like it's now unusable, even if a new battery were to be installed. So Cellular Phone Hospital/Smart Phone Repair Lab probably destroyed my phone with installing the new battery. It was a slow process but it happened. DO NOT go to this place. Any other place would be better. They are completely incompetent. read more

Absolutely awesome service. Very good prices, cheaper than I've found elsewhere around town, and fast service. Most recently, I took my phone in for some weird boot looping problems to see if it was a battery problem. I was able to get updates over the phone and talk with the specialist directly about how it was coming along, with all employees being very polite and professional. Afterwards, when it transpired that the issue was deeper, and unfixable, I was charged nothing, despite the phone taking two days of diagnostics. I was then told that they will only charge if they are successful in repairs, and that diagnostics are free. read more

Super fast. By far the most impressive repair facility I've seen. I'm a regular iPhone menace and have been here for cracked screens and water damage. Both were quickly fixed (they're very fast) and the price was solid. They also informed me that if a phone is dropped in water or has water damage, don't touch it and bring it straight in. I took my previous phone here to have the screen fixed. It had to be replaced three times until I ended up having to get a new phone. I truly think it's because of this place. However, I just took my current phone to have the screen replaced yesterday and almost immediately started experiencing problems. NOT ONLY this, but I had my phone with me and this morning I woke up with the sateen AND screen protector cracked. I haven't dropped it A SINGLE TIME. I came here for services 5 weeks prior, and noticed my home button was iffy. I should have brought it in sooner.Either way, it is an older iphone, and it got hot and stopped working.
