Castle did my home inspection in October of 2025. The inspector at the time, "could not find attic access". Instead of making a phone call to ask where it was, the inspector did not look at the attic. There ended up being evidence of termites in the attic, evidence of mice, along with several large holes in the roof itself. The inspector also stated that there was no evidence of termites anywhere, when in fact if the inspector had done their job correctly, would have found several areas with evidence of termites. I am furious with this company. This is their JOB!!! I wish I wouldn't have trusted them with my home.
