I went to Tech Pro Repair to have the chattered screens on two iPhones (iPhone 7Plus and iPhone XR) replaced. I based my choice solely on the information and reviews I found on Yelp. Best decision ever. Why? 1. I received their quote within 15min. By far the most affordable around. 2. Excellent customer care. Even though I had to rescheduled the time of my appointment, they were very accommodating. 3. The quality of the parts they used is excellent. It was a huge relief to find out the replacements's performance and sensitivity to be the same as the original ones. 4. I am very impressed with the high level of competency and knowledge of the technician that helped me. Hi Paul, Thanks for following up after fixing my iPhone. All is well. Forgot to tell you the guy up the way at "wireless tech" tried to screw me and after I chose them over you. I sourced 3 places that am and stopped at you ur place and his. I decided to go back days later to Witeless Tech....even though I told your associate I would be back after he checked my phone out. After going back up the street the guy from Wireless Tech told me he couldn't fix close the iPhone because the battery was bent and then tried to sell me a $40 battery and wanted an additional $10 on the lcd replacement after we already spoke about price. He's a liar because I ended up coming back to you ... never said anything to you about what had just happened and you quickly fixed my phone in 10 minutes. My Mac computer just stopped working. I didn't know why and the first thought I had was, take it to the Mac store and they'll be able to help. They didn't know what was wrong and couldn't even get it to turn on. They recommended a few places I could take it to but they were super far from my home. Hubby did some research and found Tech Pro Repair. The reviews were all great so we decided to take it here. We dropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon, they called us on Wednesday morning, said it was the hard-drive, and told us it would be under two hundred dollars to fix. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. I thought it was going to cost way more to fix and their diagnostic came back fast. We agreed to allow them to repair it and got a call early Wednesday afternoon from them letting us know it was ready. It's been working fine ever since. I've had no problems and it's running smoothly. Their service was fast and friendly, and they very easy to communicate with. Every interaction I had with them flowed with ease from beginning to end. My hard drive was corrupted and I needed certain important files which had not been backed up. Within a couple of hours of dropping off my computer, Tech Pro was able to get me all of the files I needed. He even told me where they were on the flash drive he provided to me with all the files. I have an older generation iPhone SE that had a cracked screen. The first place I tried was UBreak Ifix which I still consider a good store, but they didn't have any of the parts for a phone as old as mine. Luckily, tech pro had it available and was able to fix it for me within the hour after drop off. The price for fixing my screen and getting a screen protector was just under $50. I won't lie, the customer service is completely on point. To me, it deserved a 10/10. But the issue is, the iPhone 11 screens that they're using to repair so happen to defective. I brought in my iPhone 11 for a screen replacement, and within 24 hours I had to bring it back due to the screen not coming on....I was advised it was defective. This is where their customer service really stood out. I brought it back, and was offered to have it replaced at no cost...that honestly was a breather....but within 24 hours again, my screen started flickering. Again I made my way back there with the same issue. The second time I returned to have the issue looked into, I was advise to return the following week to have a new screen placed on. Due to the fact that they honestly didn't give me no issues everytime I returned...I accepted. Came back the following week, a Tuesday and got the screen repaired...and....again....it started back with the flickering. Now...I can't use my phone for more than 30 seconds before the screen goes black....and honestly....I rather deal with that than go back to have another faulty screen placed on. I had dropped my company iPhone11 and shattered the back glass (don't know whose bright idea to make the back of the phone glass). Apple doesn't repair the glass back. Apple only offers to sell a new one at a discount. BUT Tech Pro does and they do a great job and their quality is consistent. Today (July 1, 2020) I had a $3000 Electronic device, repaired expertly, at very reasonable cost by the Gentlemen at www.techprorepair.com Proprietor Mr. Paul Smirnov was unfamiliar with my specialized electronic item (An Ekahau 'Sidekick' wireless site-survey device), but agreed to 'look into it' and let me know if he thought they could repair it. Issue: I damaged the Micro USB connector on the Sidekick, which connects the device to tablet or computer, for performing wireless site-surveys. Without this USB connection, the Sidekick survey appliance was rendered useless. (YouTube has dozens of videos of people fixing 'ordinary' Micro USB connectors, but this connector was specialized, from manufacturer 'Amphenol') This team of Tech Pro Repair specialists were able to carefully dismantle my Sidekick unit, un-solder the Micro USB connector, search the world for the correct replacement part, then micro-solder the replacement part back into the unit. The staff encouraged me to test the repair when I arrived, before processing my payment. The tests passed flawlessly, and I was delighted. After doing a lot of research, Tech Pro Repair had a good rating along with good reviews but when taking my computer in the lack of customer service and the work they did on my computer were horrible. Not only did he wipe everything clear of my computer , he didn't even fix the issue he claimed to fix . He actually made the issue worst by loading an older version of windows and rehooked cables in the wrong location. He offered to try and repair it again but I refuse to let this place touch my computer ever again. read more

I was away on a trip when my laptop essentially was dunked into a puddle of water. A water bottle had spilled in my back pack and drenched it. The next day I flew back into Fort Lauderdale and immediately took my laptop to Tech Pro Repair to see if there was any chance to salvage my laptop (which was not turning on at all.) I left my laptop with Mansur and explained what had occured. He called about five minute after I left to inform me that it was still full of water and needed to be worked on immediately and what the price would be ONLY if it was fixed. Mansur called me about an hour or two later telling me that it was fixed! Mansur saved me from losing allll the information I did not have backed up, and the price I paid was extremely reasonable.
