If you break your phone and need a repair, give these guys a shot. I broke the screen on my old phone and had to get a new one, but I didn't want to lose all of the pictures and videos I had saved (I didn't back up anything unfortunately). Even though the screen was the only damaged part, I couldn't download my pictures because I couldn't enter my pin to unlock the phone. I called around to find someone who could help with no luck. Everyone said they would have to replace the screen which was cost prohibitive to say the least. Finally, I reached Ali with Tech Store who was not only able to help me, but at a reasonable price. I recently sent my uncle to the Tech Store for a trade up repair and flashing. Totally amazed with the technician's assessment and response time to repair. They even provided a loaner phone while waiting. I do not see anyone else doing this. These people are the biggest scam artists around! They claim to be selling you a new part when it's just an old part that they took off another phone. Got into a huge fight with them and called them out on their scam. The owner just stood there looking like an idiot when I called him out on his scam. He just put his head down and looked so embarrassed that he got caught. Do not ever go here or you will get scammed. We have gone to the BBB about them as well as a few other agencies to try and get them shut down. read more

I googled cell phone repair stores and called a few for my Moto X pure as the screen was cracked and the phone was not working. Most places said they didn't have or couldn't get the parts for it and one place said even if they could it would be several hundreds of dollars to fix. Took iphone 4 for a glass change and it needed an lcd change. A few days after I noticed the front facing camera is not working. I called and spoke to owner Ali he says to bring in. I explained I live far from store and that I was leaving out of town, he said ok bring in after. I then speak to a girl associate this week and she says to bring in. I took in and he says they did nothing wrong with Lcd install, swapped out the camera and it still does not work and it must be mother board. He then try to say I took to long to bring back but i reminded him he said it was ok and his associate this week said to bring in. I explained my camera was working fine before his lcd repair, he tried to offer me another Iphone4 with a broken power button and me paying an additional $50. He felt that was the best he can do. Bad business and not willing as a store to take more responsibility. I asked for some store credit for something future and he said no, his offer or nothing. I only went to his store bc of a groupon deal but definitely regret. BEWARE! read more
