I shared with Erica when I ordered the chair that I required all of the ergonomic features as I work from home. Mistakes happen. However, this business will not return my emails or calls. Now I have a pricey custom chair that is unusable I never in a million years anticipated a local business to ghost a client. I expected to be a repeat customer. After multiple emails & calls without a response, I have decided to leave this review.
