Recently had some work done on my laptop for a broken screen…read more Im leaving a negative review because it took three weeks to repair and communication wasnt good at all. I called the shop many times sometimes with an answer and sometimes with no answer. It also cost an additional $20 for a part that was needed(apparently it was broken when trying to make the original screen repair, yeah okay sure it wasnt damaged in the repair process and why is that cost falling on me) and when I picked up the computer the trim around the screen wasnt even attached properly. Thanks. Im also missing the rubber feet on the bottom of my laptop to keep it from sliding around which shouldnt have even been touched because it has nothing to do with the screen. On top of all that now I cant even log into my microsoft account. I was not made aware I should back up my files and now I have to reset my entire computer and lose everything. I use this a ton for work and personal use. Not coming back again and would reccomend others look elsewhere. Update: Tried to call them on monday to talk to someone right when they opened at 10am and then again at 10:05am and no one is answering.
