I spoke to Christopher casually about my desire for more sound from my flat screen television. He then, essentially, consulted me on the spot about what my options were and recommended a sound bar.  He was able to name certain brands and left the final decision to me about purchasing without pressure or preference for a particular brand, which I appreciated.  He picked up the sound bar for me, after I'd purchased it, and we set a time for delivery and install.  He arrived at the time designated, dressed professionally.  He was not on his cell phone or distracted in any way during my service call.  While he was here, I felt as if I was Christopher's priority until the appointment was complete.  He was quite considerate of my home and my belongings being careful to work around plants and bookcases.  My television set up looks the way it did when he came only with the sound bar.  I do not see any extra wiring and whatever was added, is invisible.  His work is very clean!  Christopher is always prepared and dependable.  If there is something he does not have on hand, he knows very well how to employ his resources to complete the job in a timely manner.  I would have no problem calling upon him again and again for any of my technological needs and I'd recommend his company and services to anyone! read more
