I was able to drop off the PC the next morning since I didn't have time that same day. I got a call back letting me know the repairs were completed and everything was good to go. When I got home everything was working great except I was still having an issue with the mouse cursor running a bit slow when I used Excel. They had me bring the PC back and everything looked good at the shop, they suggested that I test out a wired connection (which they kindly loaned to me) and sure enough that did it.
