I brought Joseph two Canon R6 camera bodies, one that I normally use with my 24-70mm and the other with my 70-200mm. Both cameras had loose hot shoe mounts, which was causing my flashes to lose connection. I was having to physically hold the flash down just to get it to fire. As you can imagine, trying to hold a flash down while zooming, shooting, and working a live event made my job extremely difficult, and I was getting dark images whenever the flash lost connection. I found Joseph through Google, explained my situation, and told him how important these cameras are to my business and that I needed them back ASAP. Joseph came through big time. He took care of BOTH cameras and had them fixed within a matter of hours, the SAME DAY. Beyond the repair itself, what stood out to me was how Joseph treated me. Guillermo was incredibly communicative when I requested a quote, answered all follow-up questions I had promptly, and offered a very reasonable price for the entire repair, especially considering I'd also asked to additionally have its battery replaced (and checked that a waterproof seal would be installed). He explained my options thoroughly and was very honest with me re: the options I had (he offers both OEM and aftermarket repairs). Throughout the whole process, he communicated immediately with me regarding the delivery status of the parts, the repair itself, and finally how long they would remain open for me to pick up my phone. To top it off, the price was the best across six separate repair shops I had asked. He also installed a new screen protector for me, and did not charge anything for it. It's been a little over a week since my phone was repaired and it's been working like new. Consider coming to this shop if you've ever been worried about a job done too hastily -- he'll tell you what choices you have and let you make your own decision.
