Great customer service! When shipping delays prevented them from meeting the promised repair date, they immediately discounted the repair. Didn't need to do that as it wasn't their fault. Very knowledgeable and won't attempt a repair that isn't worthwhile or may not remedy the problem. Updated 2 weeks later: They seem to have lost the passion for this repair. It wasn't a bad battery needing replacement as the new one won't take a charge. They attempted for several days to get it charged enough to transfer the data but every promise of tomorrow heat put off to another tomorrow. I will pick it up and remove the hard drive and transfer the data myself. Very disappointed from what we started with. read more

Went in for a phone that wouldn't charge by cord anymore. I had been using wireless for months and finally got fed up with it this week. I had tried cleaning the port out and thought I had done a decent enough job if that was actually the problem. I just figured it was physically broken. They offered two services but recommended the cheaper refurbishment option first as it usually does the trick. I appreciated not being sold the more expensive option if I didn't necessarily need it. 400 dollars later I was able to finally fix my Note 10 screen that my precious son broke when he dropped it on the ground. 1st install, the fingerprint sensor did not work. I contacted them again and they completely understood. This was a possibility and he was awaiting more screens to come in. He would give me a call to swap out the screen once the new ones arrived. Sure enough he called me and I brought my phone back in. Guess it was just a bad screen to begin with. Within 1-2 hours, I had my phone back and working as designed. I would return although I hope that I don't have to! Very knowledgeable and honest staff. Came to Rockstar repair today for my IPhone 6S plus' back camera was malfunctioning and would only take blurry photos. Also you can hear the camera rattling inside the phone. I was looking for somebody to do some micro soldering repair on 2 malfunctioning power supplies for medical equipment and even though they don't specifically do repairs on power supplies, they still took a look at it and fixed both.
