Brought Huawei P30 for battery replacement, after they changed battery GPS and Bluetoth and WFI was not working. The employees, and staff are very helpful, lend me a phone while they repair, and they acknowledged they caused the problem. The Boss is another story, he is rude, hostile and outright denial. His staff acknowledged the problem, but the boss changed the story, VERY HOSTILE over the phone. He treats you like garbage, and insults you. Brought in my Microsoft Surface Pro 6 for a screen replacement, it was really straight forward. The turn around was super quick (about 3 hours) and they did a good job. They have their own chargers, had me take off the case and also the keyboard. Price is exactly what they quoted online ($359.95 + tax, which came out to $406.74). It's not exactly cheap but considering the screen itself costs $200+ online then the cost for labour and expertise makes sense. I had originally brought my device into a different shop which was cheaper (U Break We Fix for ~$290) but they had said it would take two weeks for them to complete the job since the Surface specialist wasn't onsite. I have to leave back to school really soon so I wasn't able to wait. The extra $70 for a quicker job seemed to be worth it. I recently brought my computer in to have the motherboard replaced. I brought it home and turned it on and it opened it up to ensure it was working then shut it down. Today I opened the computer and it had a computer virus. I am the only one who uses this computer and basically use it to do my taxes once a year and store pictures. I phoned Tech Know about it and the said the virus could not possibly come from them. It was impossible. Yet, my computer in seriously infected. The representative that I spoke to was rude and belligerent. Stating that could not possibly happen and was dismissive and wasn't going to argue all day on the phone. I would give 0 star to this shop. On the first day when I went there the old man talked with me so nicely and we have a conversation about so long and I was nearly satisfied that I came to the right place. He explained the terms and conditions and told me it will be 149 just to replace a hinge and I was okay with that because I needed y laptop urgently as my studies and job are depent on that. He told me it will be done by Saturday and I was okay with that. As expected I did not get a call. I was relaxed as I trusted the old man and thats my worst mistake. I went there again on Monday and he told me it will be fixed by 11 then I called to again get the status. He told me some stupid excuses and told me to come by 4 which he literally promised. I waited till 4.30 and the called him Now things took a U -turn, suddenly he started talking to me rudely and even told me that you should have given me this 3 days before. He told me wwhy I am calling him continously. I was so surprised as few hours before he talked with me so nicely I am literally crying now because I have trusted someone here and I am being questioned on this I must say the WORST SERVICE and WORST ATTITUDE I have ever recieved in my life. Never visit this store as Owner considers himself super intelligent but he doesnt have any sense to talk with people I dont even want to see his face again. Wow, a crazy person owns this business! I was quoted a price to fix the screen of my phone for $99 over the phone. The person on the phone said that he had the right part for my phone. (Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro). I even said that I would come at around noon and made a sort of appointment for noon. I was so excited that I came in early just to make sure I got that part! When I got there, the man at the cash register told me it was $119! I asked the man at the cash why there was a difference. He got the manager or owner out. The older man I'm sure that I have read about on these other reviews. He told me that "You THINK you heard that it was $99". Instead of saying like, I'm sorry he quoted you the wrong price, he started having a complete breakdown and yelling for no reason. I was on speaker phone and two other people were listening in on my conversation and they both heard $99! I should have got it on tape and played it for him. He told me he didn't have the part in now anyways and that "We are not doing business today, goodbye!" I drove all the way from Niagara Falls just to fix this phone, I was SO disappointed and frankly traumatized by this person. I then did a quick Google search and luckily found someone else in the area that also fixes Xiaomi phones. (It's not easy in Niagara area to find someone who will even bother with these phones). I sent my wife's Fitbit to this place for a battery replacement via Canada Post assured delivery with my address and phone number enclosed. When I received notice of it being delivered I called to provide them needed information as to what was wrong with the Charge 3 and to give them my Visa number. Before I could complete the info to them the person on the phone stared to berate me for not following some procedure they impose and was very ignorant and unco-operative and refused to calm down and listen. He said they don't want to deal with me and will just return the Fitbit! This guy has no idea how to deal with customers and is an arrogant a--hole! TechKnow Space lies! Went in with a pair of headphones for repair. Initially quoted $80 and asked for a $40 deposit. Was assured that the deposit would be refunded if headphones could not be fixed. Employee encouraged me to pay the deposit by asking me how much I paid for the headphones ($300) and compared that with $80. Got a call later that day saying that the headphones would cost $150 on closer inspection. I still went ahead with it. A week later, I call them and they tell me that the headphones cannot be fixed. I ask for the deposit back, as promised and they instead tell me that they actually could repair the headphones for $300 (the price I paid for it new). They did not refund my deposit. It is a waste of time, very unethical and cheap. One can only imagine in what other unethical practices they engage. These clowns replaced my phone battery back in May. I asked if they could source the original Blackberry battery for this specific phone. I said I was willing to wait if they needed to order one in. They said they had one in stock. The original battery lasted nearly 2 days from a single charge. I could use it all day long and it would still have 40 to 50% power left when i went to bed. This new battery never worked for as long. Within the first month I noticed I had to charge it twice per day. As the months have passed this has only gotten worse. I now have to charge it multiple times (5+) just to get through single day. I must conclude that these guys lied to me when they said they had the original type of battery for this phone. These clowns ripped me off twice with one sale. (see my other post) #1. They broke the glass on my phone while replacing my battery. And #2. they clearly used sub standard parts to do the replacement. Avoid these clowns. read more

Difficult rating to give, because while the employees in the back are great the owner is extremely irrational with minimal integrity - the 1 star is for them. Lemme see if I can sum up what happened. Went to drop off Xbox for repair. Old gentleman behind the counter was clearly out of his league when it comes to the computer/cash out terminal. He took forever with the girl in front of me clearly struggling with errors and constantly apologizing and calling the techs in the back to come up and help him. This took forever and sure enough the same thing happened when it was my turn at the cash. However I wasn't at all upset -the opposite actually. I genuinely assumed (as did my wife) that the old fellow was the owners father and maybe he was just having his dad around to help out in his golden years. So my patience was bottomless. Turns out HE'S the OWNER. You can't make this stuff up. No biggie, the techs are what matter anyhow. So I go back to pick up the Xbox and long story short he can't figure out how to bill me correctly and can't get the correct price to pop up. So he asks me to pay cash. I tell him I have to go get it and it's an inconvenience now. He tells me to just go to the back next door (not my bank). I tell him my cash is at home and that I would rather not leave to go home and grab cash and then come back as I don't live all that close. I asked him if there was anyway he could take $10 off the cost for my time and inconvenience if I have to do that and BAM! He loses it. An argument ensues... but here's where it gets BAD... he tells the employee to cash me out and when the employee tries to cash me out the price is still incorrect. He asks the owner how much it is and the owner ADDS $50 to it! Then 10 minutes later he tells him to charge me $500 because I'm "an asshole". while all this is happening I can clearly see the employees are nervous... but not about me. the owner calls police because I won't leave - I tell him I just wanna pay, but he's not really giving me options. When he does he tells the police I'm threatening him! Lol. There were 2 other customers in the store and they BOTH said "hey, that didn't happen". 1 customer left (no surprise). What the owner didn't seem to realize is that I was recording the entire interaction on my phone. I tried to talk to the Techs as this man was not helping and I just wanted to pay and leave. But he begins yelling at his employees and telling them not to talk to me - and it's clear they are VERY nervous even though I'm calm and VERY polite with them. I can see the employer/employee dynamics here and they aren't good (wait until the end and you'll see why they were nervous and why I even put up this review). fast forward... I leave the store with my Xbox and head for home-all while on the phone with Peel Police to explain my intention in case anything happened with the false accusation he hurled at me. Get home, Xbox works. I head back to the store and pay (I went home to grab cash but ironically enough they managed to fix the billing - so I pay with VISA anyhow). But when I was walking back in to the store BOTH techs were outside in the parking lot... THE OWNER FIRED one of the techs for "talking to me when the owner told them not to@ !!!!! and then while inside he REFUSED to admit it when I asked him, claiming the tech had "personal issues". WOW. I felt horrible. Absolutely horrible. The techs were absolutely amazing... AMAZING. But they work for a tyrant. I'm leaving some details out because there was still the remaining tech as well as 1 other "employee" who I'm worried will get fired if I offer details about what they said. Seeing as how he fired that 1 tech I don't wanna bring anyone else down. I have so much video of this man trying to rip me off (then later claiming he has "the highest integrity" lol) by telling his employees to charge me more to putting forth false accusation to the police - which by the way nothing came of. No surprise there seeing as how this man had called the police 16 TIMES in the past! This is a fact that the owner himself confirmed. That tells you everything you need to know right there. There are TONS of other repair places. Use them. It is my wish that the tech he fired finds work soon and that any remaining techs find a better working environment. Went in for a diagnostic for my new iphone8 and was quoted $129 and thats when I decided to give my phone for the initial diagnosis. However suddenly i get a text saying its $149 for the repair. When I promptly denied, they refused to give me my own device back saying the screen is removed and what not and can only give me the day after. Clearly a breach of my rights. When I didn't budge the owner gave me my phone. I'm filing a police complaint against these crooks. DO NOT EVER GO HERE TO GET YOU DEVICES REPAIRED!! There's an old guy (presumably the owner) that is very rude and abrupt with customers. I brought a table there to be repaired and I wold to expect an email the following day about the status of the device. About 4pm the following day I called, because I didn't receive that email/text, to follow up on the status of my device. The guy proceeded to be rude on the phone asking me about why I'm calling and if I didn't receive an email I should not call. He also told me that I should check my service provider if it is that I'm not receiving emails or text. At this point I was very confused as to why this guy is so rude. Anyway, he told me to come in an HR for the device and when I arrived at the store I was expressing disappointment at the service I recieved. I told him I was going to leave a Google review for him and his reply was he is not afraid of whatever I have to say on Google. It was the most horrible service I recieved in all my life. He literally had zero concern for customer service. If you know what I know and want to maintain your peaceful day, kindly take your device elsewhere. Take my experienced advice! read more

Absolutely horrible service. I used TechKnow space back in Sept 2018 to have the chargeport repaired on my iPad. Went to pick it up and there was an issue with the screen - yellowing near the edge, and ridges of what look like glue underneath the screen. I bring it back, the identify the issue as being part of the screen re-install and agree to fix it. Couple days go buy, get a call they need a new screen, wait for it to come in installed, and away we go. Fast forward to this year - my wife takes her phone there for a screen replacement. Upon pick up, identify the screen is not installed correctly as the glass is raised out of the casing, after pushing back a little bit guy acknowledges its wrong and fixes it. Now I don't know why I went back but my ipad had another issue - screen would not react to touch anymore. Take it in, takes 3 days for them to diagnose a logic board issue. Approve the repair for $395 bucks - go to pick up the ipad - first off its covered in glue all along the outer edges, it has tape everywhere holding it together, and of course HAS THE SAME ISSUE IT DID THE LAST TIME THEY TOOK IT APART - yellowing on a portion of the edge of the screen and glue marks under the glass. This time the owner, who just finished fighting with two other unhappy customers, decides he isn't going to take ownership of the issue they caused and tells me I have to pay them to replace the screen. Have a look at the picture - how is this any sort of damage I could cause? Especially since, they had the screen off to repair the logicboard. You be the judge - but be sure to stay FAR AWAY from this repair facility. I'm out $400 and now need to go have someone repair / replace my screen. Unbelievable customer experience. read more

TechKnow Space in Mississauga fixed my iPhone and made my week. They were friendly, fast and their prices were more than fair. TechKnow Space were far more proactive and effective in helping me than the Apple Store / Genius Bar. My story - My iPhone 4S had stopped charging and eventually died. After days of research and trying all the things I could do myself (cleaning the port, trying different chargers and computers, etc), I booked an appointment at the Apple Store. My phone was off warranty, and I knew whatever solutions they offered wouldn't be cheap, but I had been days without my iPhone and I needed to take the next step toward getting it fixed. Basically all the Apple Genius person did was hook it up to a charger, see that it wouldn't charge and say "Our suggestion is that you buy a new phone, or upgrade with your provider." I said I did not want to upgrade and that my goal was to get my current phone working again to save my data, at the very least. They said the problem was probably the logic board and they could replace it for $169.99. But they said that they weren't 100% sure that was the problem because they couldn't get the phone to boot up. I was kind of surprised that plugging my phone into a charger was the extent of the "diagnostics" that the Apple Store did. I expected they would take it out back, open it up, run some sort of diagnostic tests on it. Nope. I left the Apple Store feeling like I learned more about what the potential problem was from Google than I did the Genius Bar. My feeling from all research I had done online was that it was maybe the battery, but more likely the docking connector. All the cases I had encountered with the same history / symptoms as my phone were because of the docking connector being corroded or broken. I got home and Googled iPhone repair places in Toronto that were not Apple. I found a BlogTO article on the top 5. And although TechKnow Space was not mentioned in the article, a bunch of people in the comments section recommended them. Their Mississauga location is on my way home from work, so I went in to see them at 5:30 PM on a Thursday night. By 7 PM, my iPhone was fixed and the price was less than half of what Apple would have charged me to replace what would have been the wrong part (It turned out to be the docking connector). My iPhone main board was broken and of the whole Toronto area (that I contacted, and there were a lot) they're the only one who can fix it (everyone else either don't touch main board or they can only replace, which I don't care for because I had a lot of data I didn't back up... so buy that iCloud). We dropped off the phone on a Friday and didn't get it back until MONDAY. No one bothered to give us a courtesy call, I had to call and also walk in to check on it and all she said was "just wait for our call". When we finally got it back, we still had the same issue and went back the next day. They said they would just keep it for a day so they can do a factory reset, and did I call the next day? NOPE. I recently had the misfortune of cracking my Note 4 screen and subsequently having it "REPAIRED" at a company in Mississauga, Ontario called: +TechKnow Space​​​​​ I posted my initial thoughts about the service and unfortunately all was not well just recently with said "REPAIRS" and the aftermath. Here is my story unfortunately and the review I gave this establishment on Google Reviews... And it's a long rant at that... Unfortunately I cannot give this establishment a higher rating. If it were possible I would give Techknow Space no stars. The staff is very pleasant and extremely nice, however they do not back their service and it seems their technicians have very little knowledge in fixing phone screens as I will later describe. Here is my story about +TechKnow Space​​​​​ at their Mississauga, Ontario location near #Squareonemall I brought in my Note 4 to have my Screen replaced a few weeks ago and the service was fast which was the only pleasant experience I can describe. I got back my device and noticed the following day that the screen was not set in place properly with whatever adhesive they used. As a result the top portion of the screen was lifting and coming apart. I took it back to TechKnow Space the following day and they "repaired" it again at no cost... However the screen cracked again by just putting a soft gel case on a week later! When I took the phone back they told me they could do nothing about it. That the screen would never crack like that and moreover, I had a tempered glass that they themselves installed on top and it cracked underneath! How is that possible?!? That's what I told them and mentioned the screen on the bottom was moving. This was a concern. It cost me almost $300 to fix my Note 4 screen and they didn't fix it the first time properly and I found out that they didn't fix it the second time properly as I will get into that some more. Bare with me... Frustrated I took my Note 4 to Pacific Mall at a small shop named "Just in Case" and they said they could fix it... For only $120 out the door! They pulled the cracked screen off in front of me which took them so long to do (read on as to why) and to my shock and theirs... Techknow Space technicians used SUPER GLUE to put the screen on to keep it in place from their early mistake! That's right. I said SUPER GLUE! I kid you not! I looked on as they had to scrape it all off. What a mess. This was why my Note 4 screen cracked so easy with just putting MY SOFT GEL CASE on my phone. This is exactly what the staff at "Just In Case" told me. The screen replacement they glued on with SUPER GLUE (Which was plastered all inside my device I may add) was so tightly glued to three sides that it put strain on the top left corner of the screen and it cracked with minimal pressure. It takes roughly 50+ lbs of force to Crack gorilla glass 4 if not more and there is no way on this planet anyone uses 50+ pounds or more to put on a simple cell phone case! I even told the technician at Techknow Space that the screen was put in wrong and the bottom portion was moving. It never moved like that before when I got my Note 4 new. The technician kept telling me how the glass is super fragile and it breaks easy... So easy as putting a case on it I responded in frustration. To make this long brutal story short... "Just in Case" fixed my phone in just over 45 minutes and most of that time was spent scraping off the SUPER GLUE TechKnow Space used on my phone! Otherwise the phone would have been fixed in 30 minutes or less and for only $120! They could not believe technicians at TechKnow Space used SUPER GLUE to make the screen stay secure from their earlier mistake! Be very wary of +TechKnow Space​​​​​ They made errors in fixing my screen the first AND second time and made it very clear that I would be paying another $249 or some other fee to get it "fixed" again due to THEIR mistake. Imagine that? If you want your screen fixed and fixed properly for less? Go to Pacific Mall in Markham Ontario and go to "Just in Case". I cannot in good conscious give a recommendation for Techknow Space. If you offer a product or service and are not willing to stand by that product or service when issues arrive? If it was possible to give a lesser rating I would. Their diagnostic check is a ripoff and they also clearly physically damaged my phone case. When I tried presenting my case, they accused me of being a liar. Their argument was based of the fact that they apparently "don't make mistakes" so could not have possibly damaged it. While I made a case for them to check their multiple cameras for proof I was right. When I attempted to leave without signing the release form, they proclaimed that my phone was their property and they wouldn't give me back till I signed.I am a business student and if there was ever a case for how not to treat your customers this shop would be an excellent candidate. The most unprofessional repair centre I have ever had the misfortune to provide my business to. No concept of customer service. Extremely rude, arrogant, and argumentative owner. Uses inferior replacement parts. Talks down to customers. Backwards thinking: They act like they are doing you a huge favour, when they should be respectful and appreciative of your business. They called to say that my order was ready via voicemail. I was on another line at the time and unable to pick up. I called them back right away and was lectured to check my voicemail before calling in because they don't have time to speak with customers. Seriously? I sent in my ipad for a screen replacement at this location. At the times I've arrived, they were always busy, and lacking technicians on hand. The first time I went there, I had to wait around for four hours even though they advertised that it only takes one hour. I could not speak to technicians directly and was hurried by the secretary- and I didn't have a chance to even questions about the ipad digitizer replacement.  When I got it, frankly, it looked ugly. When reflecting against a bright light, there are visible lines on the screen that indicates it wasn't manufactured by Apple. It is easy to ignore, since the touch screen worked just as well as it used to. A couple days later, I found dust underneath the screen of my ipad. The screen was shut right against the case, but when I blew in between there was an air bubble trapped inside. Since it was under 60 day warranty, they offered to clean it. I specifically asked the secretary to apply a thorough adhesive to the ipad so there shouldn't be any more dust trapped underneath. Once again this took four hours. A day later after I picked it up, I'm still experiencing problems. The one corner of the screen is not connected to the case and is lifted up. I could see the cables inside of my ipad through this opened section. I was very angry because I specifically asked them to apply a stronger sealant on the ipad. It was clear that they just opened it up to clean the insides, and did a half-assed job on putting it back together. I went to the store for the fifth time in two weeks, and I live far away from this location. They refused to fix it, claiming that it was impossible since there was a dent on the corner of the shell and the screen wouldn't stay in the shell. They recommended that I should purchase a "box case" that prevents dust and water damage. Now I'm left with a half opened ipad that is vulnerable to dust. I would not recommend this place at all. They are understaffed and over booked in repairs- resulting in a half-assed job in order to stay in schedule. If you have no choice to go to this location, remember to always ask the right questions even though they're pressuring you to send in your electronics. I've seen cheaper places that offered ipad repairs for $99. read more

Never again. This place was dreadful. Some questions cannot be answered by a sales associate. I asked them a question and they could not answer it so I asked if I could ask the manager. The sales associate went and asked the manager to come out and he told him to tell me that they were calling the police. I called back to ask a question because I received my laptop back in worse condition then I brought it there in (severely worse, basically not working). The associate I spoke to said to bring it in again and he would take another look. I went in and was speaking to him. He was giving me great information and advice when the manager comes in yelling about how I wanted to speak with him the day before. I'd honestly spend more money at a place where the employees deserve it because of great customer service. I did not know asking a question was a crime. On top of that I paid $40 for a diagnostic for a minor issue and received my laptop in an unusable condition. I would not suggest going there for anything but a cracked screen. Unacceptable attitude from the cashier and surprisingly, even the manager. The cashier had an attitude: not even a hi when I walked in. And time taken to finish work differed from what I was told on the phone. The Manager did help out at first by helping reduce the time to be taken for repairs and asking a specific technician be called to repair my device, but later when I talked to the Manager about the cashier, he started out with "the cashier is under pressure" but later, his exact words to me were "YOU have an attitude" and "Feel free to take your business elsewhere"! Very nice! They took less money than I expected to pay, but the attitude was shocking! One star here based on the 'sentiments' that are displayed here by Yelp next to the ratings. All the time, the manager raised his voice and was criticizing me and not even acknowledging my suggestions as a customer or remotely acknowledging that the customer's suggestions should at least be listened to. The attitude was shocking! As per them, it was the customer who's at fault! And I am not the only one. There are other negative reviews too on this store on Google Plus. Couldn't have asked for a better service. My Macbook Pro had what seemed like dust behind the screen. After careful inspection, they took my Macbook Pro, took the screen apart, cleaned any dust behind the glass and reassembled it. The entire service took less than 2 hours, and the price was well worth the results. The front desk staff as well as the technicians are very professional and explain everything in detail. My Toshiba Satellite M30 laptop served me well over 6 years until it got the blue screen problem. This happened 2 years ago and Techno Space fixed it within a reasonable time and affordable price. I went in just last week again to get my Toshiba fixed again as it gave up on me. The staff there are very friendly and helpful and within a day, they were able to diagnose the problem. They called the next morning and let me know the problem and within a few hours they were able to get it back up and running without deleting any of my files on my laptop. This will hopefully put 2 more years on my 8 year old laptop (which I've heard laptops don't really last that long) until I can save up for a new computer. I wouldn't normally actually post on YELP regarding a business, but TechKnow space actually sent me an email basically requesting that I do just that... So here goes... I had my Lumia 1020's screen replaced there. Initially, I was very impressed with the service... At 40mins to close, they took my device, and had the screen replaced before close. I should have been suspicious at this fact alone... I wasn't, and let my judgement cloud. I should mention at this point, I had driven in from Cambridge to Mississauga to get this done (A 75+km drive), as it was the only place I could find advertising Lumia 1020 screen replacements... The price? $230. (Apparently the digitizer/glass is a single unit... Despite the fact my digitizer worked, the glass wasn't replaceable) As I arrived to pick it up post-repair, I found the lady from the desk pressing at one corner. She disappeared into the back, and returned and handded it to me... I discovered the reason, the new screen wasn't sitting flush like the old one had. (Or I thought it had.) She assured me she had spoken with the tech, and this was fine and normal. I left, happy with a working phone. The next morning, I awoke to my alarm, picked my phone up, and the screen slid off. Tethered only by a little ribbon cable. The adhesive they had used... Had not adhered. Back to Mississauga I drove, to see if they could re-adhere it. An hour or so later, I get my phone back... And the screen is even less flush, now sticking out a fair bit, but the lady assures me it will stay stuck this time, and that the protruding screen is "normal" and not a problem, I'm sent on my way. Unhappy, with the way the phone now "feels" I wander to the Rogers store in Square One, to "feel" the display model... The screen, as I had thought, previously sat flush... TechKnow assured me it was an OEM screen... So why isn't it flush? No big deal, I guess... It's stuck now, so I really can't complain too much... Back to Cambridge I drive. By the time I get to Cambridge, the screen has developed a wiggle (more on this later)... And I'm about to turn around and drive back... When I notice a little Mom & Pop cellphone repair store... While I'm sure they probably wouldn't have a Lumia 1020 screen in stock, I don't need a new screen, I just need the one that's on it stuck to it... I pull into Mom & Pop shop... The guy behind the counter takes my (now wiggly) phone, and announces that the second repair was double-sided tape, and proceeds to show me... Informing me that they did, in fact, repair Lumia's there, and that adhesion COULD be a problem if the wrong compound, or (more importantly) NOT ENOUGH glue was used. For a $40 fee (which I was happy to pay) this little store was happy to re-attach my screen for me. Bonus: It now fits flush. Feels like a factory device. Did TechKnow space replace the screen on my phone? TechKnickally... I mean, the phone had a screen... TL;DR; Bottom line: They seem to do a great job for SOME people... But refuse to own up to there being a problem... From the tech assuring me that "No, it's not 'supposed' to fit flush" to using double sided tape?!?!?! If you've got an iPhone, go for it... I bet they do hundred's a week... If you have something a little more, shall we say "niche"... Maybe take it somewhere else? I know a great little place in Cambridge... read more

My iphone fell in salt water pool for a total of 3 seconds max. My phone was fried and i could see moisture behind both cameras. Drove all the way from Pickering on a Sunday. Had nothing to lose. Cost me 40 dollars for liquid damage clean up and they have a pretty good guideline posted as to the process/ outcome when repairing liquid damage. They fixed my phone and I needed a new battery due to damage. Phone works perfect now. New battery cost me 60. I feel like I won the lottery. I cannot believe its alive again. Will be cancelling my genius bar appointment that would have emptied my bank account since water damage not covered. They seem very professional and girl at front desk was very good at describing the process involved. Very friendly and trustworthy place. Been to Pacific Mall before to fix my past phones and i will never go back again as I never felt comfortable and they seemed shady. Tech know Space is legit. It was well worth the drive. I am so happy with their service. Don't hesitate and just go to them. If they can repair water damage they can fix anything. Battery is not holding charge that well now :( read more

Brought in S7 edge to get screen repaired and was quoted over $400. Had the screen repaired and the mic stops working, take phone to get looked at now they tell me it is water damaged and that I would need to pay close to $70 to have that looked. I ask where the water came from manager tells me it could be when I washed my hands, moisture from hands went into phone or when it is cold outside and go inside moisture can form, which is crap. Overall terrible service and no attempt to rectify situation. read more

Excellent fast service! We brought my iPad Air in to get the screen replaced after being quoted almost $400 dollars by Apple care. Techknow Space did it for $120 and it only took them about 2 hours on a Sunday. We will be going here for all our repairs from now on! read more
