These folks are like the superheroes of tint: responsible, accountable, and fully committed to making your car look like it belongs to a celebrity on the run. If you're anywhere near DFW, it's worth the drive--even from downtown Dallas--for the VIP treatment. The service overall is excellent, but I'll nitpick a bit: getting follow-up appointments for the GlassParency windshield re-treatments can be a challenge, and same-day service isn't easy to snag given their popularity. Pro tip: make an appointment, especially during summer when everyone's after tint! And if you can, aim for an install towards the end of the season. My husband (H) and I took delivery of our new Tesla Model Y on Thursday and had booked an appointment for 1pm on Friday (bc let's be real - Dallas summers are BRUTAL lol). We wanted tints asap. H had used Yelp to get quotes, and Glacier was the most professional with their response - breaking down the price and responding to all his Qs. They weren't the cheapest, but we appreciated their professionalism and longevity in the business. Came in 20mins late (oops) on Friday, and the lady at the front desk confirmed what we were looking for: - Llumar IRX (30%) film for all the side windows and rear windshield ($499) - Llumar AIR 80 for the front windshield ($199) Our main priorities were heat rejection and UV protection. They def have cheaper tint options, but we were happy with these selections. They also offer a lifetime warranty. :) Took just under 2 hours for them to complete while we ubered around to get lunch and hung out at half price books lol. Happy with the work! Minor bubbles that have mostly disappeared, and we expect them all to be gone in the next day or two. Would go back for future window tint jobs. :) Thanks, Glacier! read more

Saw this place on TikTok with over a million followers, just so happened to be about an hour from me. I went to the website & asked for a quote on my car & got an email response within a day with exact pricing. In the email, they explained how much each type of tint was & what each tint is best for. The cheapest, LLumar ATC, was $200, which was the one I chose (this is pricing without having to remove any current tint). They also left their number at the end of the email to call & schedule an appointment, they are appointment only. I called & scheduled for the next week. I'm not sure exactly what their availability is, but they had openings on the exact date I requested. Day of appointment, it only took an hour & a half & it was finished. I couldn't be happier. Window tint was long overdue for my vehicle & it has made an enormous difference. They explained if there was any bubbling over the following days, it should go away, but if it didn't I could go back in & they would fix it. I didn't see any bubbling over the couple weeks & the tint looks perfect. There is also a lifetime warranty, so I can get it fixed if/when needed. I must have passed by this place hundred of times, never paid attention to it much, until I started to look up on Yelp for a good window tinting place (not from Groupon for once lol), surprised to finally realize what this place is and all the good reviews they have. Getting the quote was super easy and quick using Yelp. Their pricing is also one of the best in the area for the products that they offer. I was able to get my brand new baby in for the tinting the same day that I got her (I did schedule the appointment a few days in advance). We were running about 15mins behind, but they were cool and accommodating about it. We were in and out in less than 30mins for the 2 front side windows. So impressed with the service, price, and quality, we made another appointment right on the spot to come back the next day for additional works on my car and the hubby's. Gave me a fair quote on what I requested but as others came I did some study on various films and materials. I learned I wanted Llumar or 3m , ceramic, and a lifetime warranty. Called and spoke to them and they use Llumar, have a lifetime warranty. And they took me thru the different flavors. I like folks that know their business and product and their customers. Booked a date in September but they called with a cancellation and took it over. He showed me the differences in films, shades, etc. I chose the top of the line Llumar IPX ceramic and it looks sharp, and the price was competitive with some of the guys selling cheaper no name stuff. Can't believe it took me this long to write a review for Glacier Tint, but better late than never. My family has been coming to Glacier for our car window tint needs since the early 2000s after we needed a couple of cars done...realizing driving a car with stock or no tinting was virtually unbearable in Texas. Off the top of my head we have had 4 cars done at Glacier. I've relocated in the past few years and I STILL make the drive to get my car tints done at Glacier. Fair pricing, great customer service-fast turn around time with appointment, lifetime warranty (if needed...we never needed to redeem a warranty service)...why should I look further when I know the job will be done correctly (no ugly bubbles) with great quality tint? Somehow, I ended up on window tinting TikTok. I was impressed with their service and how well they were at explaining their work. I was shocked that they were located in my town and immediately contacted them for an appointment. At the time, they were scheduling a week out. My appointment was at 1:00 and 1:04 I could tell that they were working on my vehicle. At 2:20 I was finished and She was gorgeous. I could immediately tell the difference in the interior temperature and I was able to adjust my AC from 65 to 70 and almost be too cold. But more importantly than the price is the customer service. These guys are just down to earth honest people. Very nice and personable and willing to take the time with each customer to make sure they get what they want / need.
