The technician(Will) was very professional and amazing. He gave me a courtesy call prior to my appointment to see if I was able to accommodate an earlier appointment time. When he showed up he did an initial walk trough and asked if there were any areas that needed any attention such as spots and stains. He was very respectful of the property. Had a wood floor glued down put by one of their subs. Now the flooring is coming up in places and there is glue all over the floor which they just left. We bought the materials. Subs arrive two hours late to repair the floors and then no show on the following day. Now I have floors wood undone, holes drilled to fill with glue, kitchen and house wrapped in plastic and can't use kitchen. This installation is not quality. We have let them try to repair the floor in good faith but they cannot even finish that. read more
