I pay off all my equipment then and there and want to end service as I am that mad. I didn't realize I was paying fifty dollars a month for the service- what a scam! I was late the second month because I didn't know about the service charge and I get a call from the area code my phone is from, another state, but I moved fifteen years ago... and the only person that calls me from that area code is car warranty specialists! I don't answer the phone until the third day! Guess what- I'm three days late on my bill and it's in collections. I go to view my bill and then pick "chat online" after viewing my bill. I get a robot and then a live rep who tells me I have to call this number after fooling around for twenty minutes in the chat and I have to verify myself like five different ways.... This number sends me to a call bank in South America I'm guessing as no reception and heavily accented individuals who read off a script and offer no help... then I'm waiting to talk to a manager... after forty minutes on hold I call state side and I call billing and she says - that it's Vivant billing doing the calling and I'm not in collections, and they had told them before not to say collections. She can't help me and makes me call the call bank again! I'm going to the BBB and my State DA - maybe the Idaho state DA... I'm livid! I wish I would have bought my security system from Costco! Save your energy. I will say in my area the boots on the ground are nice people and we're safe to allow in your house! Other companies not so much.

The man has purposefully and knowingly double billed me for the last 5 months and is to much of a coward to answer my phone calls or return them. I have contacted Alder security to try and get some answers. After several days of back and forth phone calls to Alder, they ended up telling me they "spoke" with Gator and he told them he has already credited me the money. Huge lie! I was appalled when I heard that. I did not received any such payment or credit. The dude won't even talk to me let alone pay me. The amount of effort that this crook puts into screwing people is amazing. I text gator and asked him why he's telling people he already credited me back when he has not. I got the same reply I always do which is "in a meeting I call you back". He has yet to return my phone calls. After some research I found out I'm not the only person he's done this to! I trusted this man. Let him into my home! Signed what I thought was a personal contract. It is not. It is what is called a "shared account" which means gator can do what he wants with your contract. This is way to much power for a crook. Do not trust this man or company "live security." He stole money from me and my family. He sells security but violates the very thing!
