However, this is more than a retail store! It offers merchandise for every sport, and there was an exercise class in session, along with several sets of parents watching their children climb the rock wall that's conveniently situated in the center of the building. Wow! My first thought was, I need to tell my niece about this rock wall opportunity for her adventurous kids! There's a cost for the climb, but a quick glance at the pricing seemed reasonable. Here's a fun place to shop and spend time exploring for the whole family. The staff was very friendly in directing us and our cashier, Curtis was helpful, too. The clothing racks are clearly marked by size and the different sections are arranged according to styles with attention to colors. The reason I came to Style Encore in the first place is because the website specifically says they accept high-ticket items, and my item is well over $150. If you're going to deny someone a service, you should at least be able to clearly explain why in a respectful and professional manner. The overall experience felt discouraging and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. A simple greeting and better customer service would have made a huge difference.

Luckily I came in at the right time. Ky was helpful in providing assistance with the designs available, as well as the design placement on the hat. I wasn't sure if this was something I'd have to drop off and pick up later, but Ky was able to get the finished product done in minutes. They offer competitive prices on all of their stock compared to what you could expect to pay at other places. The store is very clean and well organized and the staff are trained not to hover over or pressure their customers, you can just walk around and look if you want to do that. I bought a pair of shoes that's on clearance and there are stickers on each box of that shoes that said 53.99 but the cashier charged me 59.99. I didn't check my receipt nor my total because it was black friday that day and I was kinda rushing to each stores due to the lines at every stores. I don't blame the cashier cuz it's black friday and people make mistakes and that's fine, so I went home, figure out the mistake, then came back to get my money back. I told the cashier about this mistake and she was nice, she paged that so-called manager, and rang another customer while waiting. A couple minutes later this manager came to the register, didn't say hi or how can she help me or whatsoever like I don't even exist, and start asking the cashier what was going on with her lazy tone. Since the cashier was still dealing with her other customer, she couldn't talk to multiple people at the same time cuz she's human? but she told her to look at the receipt. The employees inside are super friendly and super helpful. The parking can be a concern but if you go at a good time during the day you are able to find parking if no spots are available other parking is available within walking distance so no issue. Around the holidays parking can be an issue nevertheless you are definitely going to find something for your sports fanatic fan here from a pen to a hat.
