I like that they had several tag colors that helped bring the prices down a bit but the clothes are quality so I didn't mind paying more. So many cute shocked outfits with embroidery. I had trusted her professional opinion when she assured me before that this joey couture shirt was high quality. Sherry the owner got upset when my boyfriend asked could we get cash back (but per posted policy its only exchange or store credit) and asked him y was he talking when he didn't buy anything, and he wasn't a customer because he didn't buy anything and she didn't want him in the store. I'm taken back because I can't understand y she's so upset. She continues to holler and by now my hands are shaking and I'm on the verge of tears because of her demeanor. She proceeds to call security Me, my boyfriend and 2 boys walk outside. We decide to call the police. They can't do anything because its a civil matter. This store misrepresented their product. And has low integrity. Also does not uphold their posted return policy and is unprofessional. The next morning when I wake up I'm still bothered by the experience. I feel it should be illegal for privately owned stores to not uphold their posted policies and feel they can treat people any way they want. Sadly I may be stuck with the frayed shirt, because In the mayhem I left my receipt on the counter. I paid cash.
