Okay so I don't know how this business only has a one star rating. I went in there yesterday at around 8 pm. I knew they closed at 9 and thought it'd take a few days since my phone was in poor condition (I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and it had a cracked screen and I wasn't able to view anything on the screen). However one of the employees took my phone and said it'd be ready at 8:45 that night. He was welcoming and very polite. When I got in at 8:35 pm, my phone was already fixed. I do not know what caused certain people to give this place a bad rating due to claims that they use cheap materials in their screens but I do not agree with them at all. Took my tablet to be fixed 3 months ago to fix glass. Got it back with scratches and the back cover wasn't even closed!! Used cheap glass from China that doesn't function right also. Not professional! !! Following up on Rami's response : I bought it back to you guys after 2 days (NOT 60 DAYS)of getting it back because tech didn't even put adhesive between the glass and LCD screen!! Tablet had glitches everywhere and tech told me he couldn't fix it because he didn't know how too. I never left with a smile so get your story straight!! These guys know how to treat people. They say hi, like you are being welcomed into someone's home. They are knowledgeable, friendly and provide a high level of service. I've had multiple phones fixed there and when I asked them to fix my laptop? Dude says,"we've never really messed with that but we can look into it for you." I came to Techtopia today because of the Yelp reviews. They made my daughter's damaged iPad look as good as new. The screen was completely scattered & now you cannot tell that it was ever damaged. Initially I was really impressed with how quick this place fixed my cracked phone screen but unfortunately I ended up having to return multiple times for them to correct what they" fixed". Still a great price but it became a bit of an inconvenience doing business with them. I may return here for business in the future but I don't believe they will be my 1st option read more
