Nate was the Tech on duty and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took the PC in and within 24 hours called me back on a Saturday with the diagnosis AND the cost to repair which included locating a replacement Main Board. By Tuesday afternoon I received the call that the PC was ALIVE and ready to go back into service!
