I was so upset when I accidentally dropped my daughters IPad on the tile floor which caused it to completely shatter. I spent hours trying to find a replacement online and was going to have to spend $400+. A co worker mentioned Dr. Phone Fix inside of the Fort Myers Walmart and said he had a good experience getting his phone fixed there. So I took his advice and gave them a call. Klyveto Delva answered the phone and patiently answered all of my questions. I drove there, showed him the damage and he assured me that he could take care of it within a couple hours. And that is exactly what happened! A couple hours later I went back in and it looked like brand new. Very reasonable price of $120 instead of spending over $400. I'm not a happy customer. Dr. Phone fix quoted me on 1/11/21 $187.25 to replace the screen on my s10e. They didn't have the screen in stock, so that required me to put down a deposit of $100.00. And I did. The tech told me it should be in by Thursday. I didn't get a call so I reached out to them on Friday. And the tech set up a 11:30 a.m. on Saturday for the 1 1/2 hour repair. After returning in 2 hours. My phone still was not finished. I get the phone after 4 p.m. and pay my balance of 87.25. on the 16th. I take the phone out to my truck and turned it on. The phone said that there is moisture detected, I took the phone back in and the tech took it apart and said most likely a loose screw. So I get the phone home and made dinner. Afterwards I went to use the phone and now I find that the screen is black and can't be used. Now it's 10:30 on Sunday and there not open. With no store hours posted. I took another 40 mile ride home because I couldn't find the hours on my phone. I got home and looked online and found that they open at noon. So now I go back again. 12:30 Sunday the tech takes it apart and tells me that the screen is defective, and put my old screen on. He tells me that he will overnight the new screen. Being Monday MLK holiday he tells me it'll be Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest. Well now it's Wednesday 1:30 after waiting for the tech to get there and the screen is not there and should be on the truck about 4:30. I asked for a refund and was denied. I said call headquarters and see if they can approve. He calls and he said they say NO to my refund. I asked for the phone number for headquarters then he gave me a wrong number. After returning he then change the number. I call headquarters and ask for Nicole. I left message and haven't heard back from her nor the tech. Now I'm out my money and still have a screen that I have to fix. I don't recommend this place. read more

iPhone was dropped off on a Wednesday. I was told it would be ready that Friday. When I went to pick up phone on Friday, I was told it was not ready b/c I had given them the wrong iPhone kind (x vs. Xs). I found that odd considering they took the phone themselves and on the receipt it had the iPhone kind *(so they are not honest....I would have been ok with -"Sorry, it is not ready"). They told me they would get the piece and asked that I return the next day (Saturday). I waited to go pick it up until Sunday. On Sunday, they did not even have the parts needed to fix it...again, story after story. The owner, Nick, does not seem capable of handling the one thing they are supposed to do well - fix phones! Shop looked very professional and guys were willing to help me out. But their printer wasn't working and we couldn't do what we needed to without it. The company can't figure out how to connect their printer to their computer, I don't think I would trust them with my phone honestly. May be very good at phone repair, but was not helpful to me and wasted time here read more

At first I thought these guys would be great since they had decent pricing and claimed to be able to do the job in 4 hours for an iPhone back replacement. Brought my phone to them the first time and when I picked my phone up, the wireless charging capability did not work and my front screen would pop out. So no big deal.. brought it back and was told to drop off the phone at 1 and it would be ready around 5. Thirty minutes till 5 after planning my entire day to be back to pick it up at that time, I hadn't heard from them and decided to call. I was informed it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow sometime... now I have the phone, wireless charging works again, but now my auto screen rotation does not work, my 3D Touch is being weird, and my battery dies to half life now after 30 minutes off charge. There is no way they could try to correct this, I should have went to Rob the phone doctor like everyone told me to do in the first place. read more
