This place is in a strip mall right next to Krispy Kreme (dangerously tempting) on Celanease Rd. Even though 2 weeks had passed, he still remembered our phone conversation. Service was extremely quick ! I dropped it off, paid in advance for the part/repair ($100), and he received the part the next day and called to let me know it was ready. I told him I would be there the next day and asked if he had a charger for a Samsung J3. He said he could order one ($10) and it would be there the following day. I called the next afternoon and he said the charger had arrived so I was good to go. I arrived, paid for the new charger, and he showed me where my old screen had short circuited. My tablet looked great and Ivan was very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this place if you need a repair.

I was happy to see that they were open on Saturday when other shops weren't, especially with an impending ice storm approaching. I really needed my phone repaired ASAP. Sure enough, I was greeted with excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. Freddie assisted me with my phone. He was very knowledgeable & said that he would be right back in about 5 minutes. I couldn't believe that in roughly about that time, I was paying for my repaired iPhone. Initially I couldn't remember my password to get back into my iCloud account. He offered options to help restore it. Thankfully, I remembered once I got home. They also are empathetic to your tech crisis and don't use any high pressure sales tactics like other repair shops. I trust them for all my device repair needs. Visit 1: My phone screen went black, wasn't charging, and was completely unresponsive. They ordered the part they thought they needed, and it turned out that wasn't the issue. I gave them permission to order the more expensive "plan b" option.. still didn't work. My phone was officially dead, but they didn't charge for the parts or service because it ultimately wasn't fixed and nothing was able to be salvaged. This type of honesty and service practice is hard to come by, even though the outcome wasn't what I wanted. Visit 2: My laptop screen was cracked. They ordered me a replacement screen and made the repair. Simple, easy, and fair prices. It took a little less than a week because they didn't stock those screens. Visit 3: A different laptop "turned into a brick" after a MS update. They confirmed that it wasn't reversible but offered a solution to at save the files. They were able to confirm that the hard drive was still good, so they turned it into an external hard drive and salvaged my personal files for a reasonable price.
