I came here 12/7 to repair my phone screen due to water damage. I dropped my phone off between 12-1 pm. I never received a call regarding my phone status so I didn't get my phone back until 6 or 7 pm. My screen was visibly different than the original screen which made me feel unsettled but relieved it was working again. Due to the new screen, I no longer had Face ID. My total was around $100 1/10 I noticed my new screen was lifting off, literally coming off out of nowhere. A few days go by and the screen cracked at the bottom due to the screen not being properly secured on the phone. I stopped by today to hopefully get it repaired and he wanted to charge me $85 to replace the screen. I would have not had this issue if the screen was properly secured the first time. Why should I pay for a new screen again? It was not my fault. It's unfortunate that companies do not go above for customers services. They literally did not install my screen correctly! And now I am responsible for the damage. Waste.

Erica waited on me and said no problem it will be about an hour. Left and came back but she was still working on it, it was a mess. A nice seating area inside so just relaxed. She also added a screen protector for me, mine was broken and can't reuse them. Lo and behold before I could post the review, less than 24 hours I came home from work and I dropped the phone . It hit just under the side were the screen protector was not all the way down and my cover is flush with my phone. Apparently the screen protector wasn't cracked which I thought that was it, it was the phone underneath. Oh boy, back to the store. Erica was not there and I was told it is not covered and he will see what he can do to ask the manager but parts not in anyway until mid week, so I waited until the next day to reach Erica. I showed her the phone and she said they have seen that happen when phone breaks underneath even though I have never had that happen other than when the screen protector was broken then broke the phone. Much to my dismay , I will be paying again, but she did say I only have to pay half just for the screen and not the labor, the best they can do so will wait until midweek. I dropped by today, came in, within 5 mins was quoted (super affordable!) and device was fixed within 1.5 hour timeline (honestly, it was fixed faster). He was so nice, he could see my son was a little upset that he had to hand his phone over (he's on the spectrum and electronics are his special interest) and acknowledged him with kindness asking him if he was okay and explained to him what needed to be done.
