I had them fix my laptop and they fixed it wrong which caused my screen to break and when I called them they told me I broke the screen and they can't do anything about it. So it was better for me not to bring the laptop because my screen would not have broken due to them fixing the laptop incorrectly. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to give me a contact for a manager. I will make sure everyone knows how horrible this place is and to never use them for any repair. When you are not tech savvy there is always that feeling of dread walking into a smart phone/computer repair store; you just hope and pray their honest. From the young guy who assisted me the first day to Emily who helped me the next day i felt comfortable that i was dealing with competent, honest people. Emily went so far beyond what you would expect from customer service i was blown away. My cell phone couldn't be fixed but Emily took the time to assist me in finding a replacement. Initially very happy but last two to three months the battery is declining at ridiculous rate and I admit my teeth are grinding thinking I might have been given a "long gone " battery from old stock or "used battery? I started to work from home again and the first six months I did I think My 2016 Mac laptop battery would only stay on with connection to the charger. I took in my laptop on a Friday they called me back the following day and worked with me to leave a deposit so I was able to pick up my laptop for Monday and continue working from home. Laptop was completely fixed by Wednesday. No complaints here... super impressed, today's my first day using it since 8:30am and it's 3:32 it's still on without having to charge it all day. brought Apple Watch for battery replacement as mine was dying after 12 hrs. still good just drained fast. 150. for battery, they said couldnt guarantee water damage, but 3 weeks later watch was fryed. they said it had water damage to the board. never was close to water. worst thing is i could have gotten 75. for trade on a 300. new Apple Watch. moral of story is dont fix a battery use get new watch and trade old one. read more

After the lady was about to leave, Connor politely asked her to return and asked her for the device so he can see how he can fix the issue for her to be satisfied. Update on UbreakiFix....we came back approximately 30 Days later with the same phone issue. We left the phone for repairs under warranty and received a call that the charge would be $150. I told the rep We would not be paying $150 As this is the 2nd time the LCD issue happened on the phone and it should be covered under warranty. He said the phone appeared it was dropped and would show me when I came to pick up phone. I refused to pay and they decided to include the repair under warranty. When I arrived to pick up the phone I asked the sales rep in the front to please show me the evidence of damage. He could find none. I asked him if the new repair would be covered under warranty and he said yes. He then went to add a screen protector on my phone in the back room where the "manager" is each time, but doesn't come out. His story changed when he reappeared and said the manager said the damage he saw was internal and would not be covered under warranty. The story flip flopped. In the long run I'm better paying my insurance with ATT and a pricey deductible for a replacement phone. This place wheels and deals, but unfortunately are dishonest and inconsistent and do not stand behind their work. read more

I left, went to the store down the road and noticed my screen wasn't processing all of my taps, so I went back to troubleshoot.
