Don't expect low ball prices, but do expect extremely friendly, helpful and professional personnel. They will take care of you after the sale, unlike many other powersports dealers. My only suggestion for improvement is how they schedule and turn-around repairs. If your repair requires parts, it will most likely take 2-3 weeks. They do not stock many non-Harley parts so after the initial diagnosis, they remove you from the schedule until the parts arrive. When all parts arrive they reschedule you in the next open slot which may be another week out. If management can figure out how to expedite this process, it would be a 5-Star dealer in my opinion. However, everyone here is professional and courteous. It is definitely more laid back than many high pressure dealerships. Never had a problem with any person here. If you come in with a bad attitude you will get the same attitude back. If you are polite, you will get some of the best customer service you can expect.

I was nervous coming in for a tire change after the nightmarish reviews I had read about this…read moreplace, but gotta say I was pleased enough. It was a little inconvenient that they didn't do appointments and they needed a full day to get a tire change done, but that's mostly a limitation of their number of people working the service department, as I understand, so I don't hold it to them. They were transparent throughout the process and provided some guidance on other issues I've been having with the bike, even if they couldn't work on it because of it's age. Pricing is what it will be. Most shops charge between $90 to $110 an hour in my experience. They land somewhere in there as well. But they do it well, and I'm lead to believe that they would have charged less if I had taken the wheels off myself ahead of time (I brought the whole bike in). All in all, I had a pretty good experience here. Again, just got my tires changed, so I can't speak to anything much beyond that though. I should also note that I bought my own tires through a separate company, not through Free Ride. Some places will say they can't mount tires they haven't purchased for insurance reasons, not the case here. Cheers.
