**UPDATE*** After the initial sale... things just kept getting worse. They sold me a used bike with only one key and never told me there wasn't a spare. After I asked about it, they told me they could order another for me... but I'd have to pay for it (lame). I said okay, but they never got the KTM registration card from the previous owner, so they couldn't order another one. Ok, great! I asked if they could help out because when I call KTM, they said I would have to go through the dealer. After numerous attempts of asking my sales rep for help--nothing. After 5 or 6 attempts, I got tired of asking. So, I'm stuck with one key. Hope I never lose it! Another thing that sucks... Trojan claims that their used bikes go under inspection. However, when I got the bike there was an issue with the brake squeaking loudly when stopping. Turns out a pad needed to be fixed. The horn was also not working. So, they sold a used bike to me without even know the horn was shot? Which leads me to believe nothing was inspected and there could have been many things wrong or broken. They were cool enough to come pick up the bike and fix it for me after the sale. Wish it would have been taken care of before! Unfortunately upon delivery of the bike, I had new scratches on the tail that were NOT there prior. Assuming it's from the strap used to secure the bike in their truck during transportation to and from the dealership. The scratches are on both sides of the tail, exactly where a strap would sit. Never said anything to me. If they would have offered to fix it, I wouldn't be updating this review to a one star. But here we are. I also had asked them to email me a copy of my previous bikes odometer statement. I traded in my used bike... and instead of paying off the loan balance for me, they made me contribute $500... just to get more of my money. Since $5,400k for the used KTM wasn't enough. LOL! I said screw it because I was already at the dealership coming from an hour away. And I planned on getting a refund on my old warranty that could help cover that loss. After a few emails back and forth, I never got the copy of the statement. Frustrating sequence of events. Wouldn't do business with these guys again. If you want to buy a motorcycle, here's my advice: buy from a private seller. You'll get a better deal and more honesty. read more

I think most of the reviews of this place are fake. This past spring/summer, I saw a couple of used bikes I was interested in. I began contacting them with emails and calls but that didn't work - they never responded. So I drove 40 miles to get there and talked to a salesperson who couldn't answer my questions and didn't offer to try to find out. The whole time, he acted as if I was bothering him. In August, I found another used bike so I DROVE there again and talked to a different salesman. He quoted me a price for a 3 year-old USED bike that was very close to the price of a brand new one. I ended up finding/buying a brand new bike (of the same model) for $170 MORE than the used 3 year-old one. Poor sales staff. No test rides. No return on phone calls/emails. Ridiculous prices. They get 1 star because ZERO is not an option. Stay FAR away from this place unless you want to get ripped off. read more

The very first time a friend & I visited this dealer no one ask us if they could help us. We keep looking at the dirt bikes because we had money to buy one, we wanted a KTM 300 costing around 11,000 at that time. After 20 mins I ask if someone could help us and we got a smart remark of " "We are busy " but there were other people doing nothing , the store had no buyers from what I seen. We left and haven't been back. This year 2023 KTM has came out with a new bike so I thought I'd call them for a price on one. The sale man said 12,340.00 I ask if they would take 12,200.00 but got a "NO" right off the bat and that was the end of the call. This bike list for 11,099.00 , pass years the bike sold under list. I have found it for 12,200 in Ohio but I thought if I could buy it local it would save a drive. Went there a few weeks back looking for a preowned motorcycle. I found one I really liked and wanted to test ride it so I went up to the sales man and let him know that I was interest in one of their cycles and wanted to take it for a spin. He proceeded to let me know that they didn't allow test drives and that he would be more than happy to drive it around the lot himself and that I could watch him. Watch him? What idiot would fall for this? I informed him that No One with a shred of common sense and intelligence would or should ever buy a used motorcycle without test driving it. How would you know if your comfortable on it? Or maybe you might find something mechanically wrong with it during the test drive he than says "Take my word for it there's nothing wrong with it". Are you kidding me???????? So I told him "No test ride NO SALE" and then I went to a reputable cycle dealership found another one I liked test drove it and took it home. Gave them only 1 star because at least the cost of the moped I bought was fair, and the moped was good, their customer service was to say the least PATHETIC, bought it back on 1/27/2020, contacted them 3 times in person to asking about where my License Sticker was ? each time they said they would find out and get it handled, I must have talked to the entire company, but they NEVER called me back to say it was fixed and to just look in my mail,their store is right across the street from the Michigan Secretary of State Office, I went to said State Office on 3/12/2020 and FINALLY GOT MY STICKER, TOTAL COST TO ME TO FIX SOMETHING THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED ME FOR....$2.00, $2.00 lousy dollars, I will NEVER Buy or enter that Business again, Just PATHETIC. read more

Bought my kid a quad from here and ended up leaving it at my parents house. Ended up leaving it sit for a bit of time causing it to not want to start. Brought it back here figuring I bought it from here why not bring it back. Would've tuned it myself but still had warranty and didn't wNt to effect that. They kept it for almost 3 months until I finally told them I was coming up to get the quad ready or not. Showed up to get it and it was magically done and ready to go even though he just told me they hadn't got to it yet. shouldn't have paid them because all they did was shoot some starting fluid in it and gave it back to me. I know cause I marked the oil bolt and a few others to see what they did and didn't check and it smelled of starting fluid. This was last spring. This year same thing sat all winter so I go back to get carb filter oil all that good stuff. Absolutely no help. They told me they no longer sell it anyMore and acted as if they can't help me find the filter so I just walked out. Scotty Lee and I traded e-mails three or four times, got the numbers right, and bam the deal was done in a few hours. Having been in the retail automotive industry for the past fifteen years, and the last decade-plus as an Internet Sales Director and GM for a large dealer group, I appreciate communication and service above all else, and Scotty delivered in spades. Horrible sales department!! The guy that handles financing had an attitude everytime I spoke with him over the phone. Could not get him to call me in regards to my financing request, or to find out more info on the motorcycles in their store. Would not recomend going here.
