I then asked them "why they told my mother somebody was going to come down when nobody was?", they replied "Somebody else must've talked to your mother, nobody is going to come down" I'm sorry I have to give it one star, but the service was confusing and non-reliable.

I do not recommend this place. My 19 yr old son hired Bart to install a lift kit on his truck. He…read moregave him a good deal, since he's friends with his Dad. Problem is, that He did a shotty job. The truck was returned with ALL of the bolts finger tight. The truck caught fire while my son was driving it home, at 75mph on the expressway. Due to the Wheel Hub coming loose and shattered the bearings. My son struggled to put the fire out! He could have been KILLED. We got the opinion of 3 other master mechanics who all said this was due to improper install. My son had to fix the front driver side suspension costing him $600 in parts+ the tow not to mention the labor he put in. Then we take the truck for an alignment, and on our way home we hear and feel something is not right with the rear end.... ALL the bolts for the rear Control Arm are loose! My son reached out to the owner, Bart, after the first problem he had. The guy could have cared less, he told him that because he didn't charge him full price, and that they threw in a few bolts for free he thought they were even. I'm furious. We weren't expecting a full refund but we were expecting Bart to take accountability and do the right thing, such as covering all or even some of the extra expense to repair HIS mistakes. Considering this is how he handles business with so called friends, I don't recommend taking your vehicle to him.

I took my car in for routine service and the dealership convinced me to get new brakes. After…read moreseveral hours and well over $1000 I finally got my car back. I immediately noticed that the brakes were making a loud squealing noise and before I had gone any more than a few blocks i called the dealership. The person on the phone told me they would not allow me to bring the car back in for inspection that day and insisted that a continue to drive a seemingly unsafe vehicle 1.5 hours home and call back on another day to schedule. That would require another 1.5 hour drive back to the dealer for a total driving time of three hours. After a runaround on the phone they finally patched me over to the service department which did not pick up. I left two voicemails and a day later have still not received a call back. I do not feel that my car is safe to drive and I am going to have to take it to another shop to have the issue addressed. I would NEVER recommend BMW Toledo or any Yark dealership to anyone.
