Went in there 30 min before closing, did not get greeted or helped. When someone finally did go up to say something to me, it was only to tell me they were closed in a super rude way. That was fine but I went in there with $500 in my pocket and they had something I wanted. if I would have been acknowledged I would have come back. Also, Their sign says they close an hour later than they actually do, they need to update them and learn how to greet their customers. Representatives at Ted Brown seemed perfectly content with losing a customer of over 30 years over a defective $1.00 guitar string that popped its ball end while being strung. "We can't replace it, but you can come in and buy another one". Wow. I've spent over 100,000.00 in that store. If I'm not worth a dollar there, I know that Sweetwater already values my business. Every time Ted Brown doesn't carry something in stock and I order online at Sweetwater, they call me after my items arrive to make sure all is well and if they can do anything else for me.
