So this year, having just heard of butcher boys I purchased a 3 and 1/2 lb tip. Crock-Pot for 7 hours and oh my gosh it was perfect. Now that I know this place exists and I've had a good experience, I'm going to head back over and try a few more things, like for example I see on their website that they have duck breast.
