Today, while trying to find the terms and conditions that say I can't cancel my membership, I was yelled at, given a wrong phone number, and hung up on when I asked for the woman who had raised her voice at me name. To be fair, I am getting the amount of my membership back from another fund, but AAA utterly failed to help me when I had a car problem and following up has been very difficult. I do no believe that they can legally refuse to cancel my membership if I'm not even asking for a refund. The contract is most likely an unenforceable adhesion contract. Edited to say: I have talked to multiple people at AAA, only the 2 people who health with my ling complaint were helpful. If AAA actually cared about customer satisfaction is wouldn't take so long and so many endless prompts to get to someone and the department wouldn't be so separated, nor would the terms and conditions be sad hard to find. AAA is a behemoth company that only cared about $. So, I'm not going to email another person to get the same response. If they really fated they could contact me through Yelp.

The premium went up significantly. I was sent renewal information and found the price was ridiculously higher. I found a better policy for $41 less per month for a 12 month policy. That's $492 in my pocket. So I didn't sign anything with Dolin. He insinuates since he uploaded the forms, i'm obligated to sign them. Not if I don't like the policy pricing. I wasn't even sent a preliminary quote for the policy. So why would you draw up documents? I'm not blindly signing anything. I got home last night to find he mailed the policies to me. Pushy much? Anyway. He told me I was stupid (which is mainly why I'm writing this). Class act for the president of a company. Mind you, I was referred to him by a coworker. Please bypass this guy unless you like getting robbed slowly.

Since they switched us to this shady company Arbella we've had nothing but problems and the run around when we made a claim for wind damage to our roof. Prior to the claim They sent out an inspector (which they never did prior) then began making demands we clean up the yard, replace the roof and get rid of our laying hens because they were a liability. They have been intrusive & playing the middle man between us & the insurance company instead of letting us deal with the insurance directly. Definitely steer clear of this company.

I requested several times for her policy to be terminated with no success. For several months All State charged me her premium. I kept calling and emailing Ted with no response from him or his team about canceling the policy. All State refused to refund my premiums even though legally they're required to. First e-mail went out October 4th. Ted did not respond until January 21st. I'm not the kind of person to leave one-star reviews or, frankly, many reviews at all. However, this was an unacceptably lousy experience with no apology or refund.
