I requested several times for her policy to be terminated with no success. For several months All State charged me her premium. I kept calling and emailing Ted with no response from him or his team about canceling the policy. All State refused to refund my premiums even though legally they're required to. Since they switched us to this shady company Arbella we've had nothing but problems and the run around when we made a claim for wind damage to our roof. Prior to the claim They sent out an inspector (which they never did prior) then began making demands we clean up the yard, replace the roof and get rid of our laying hens because they were a liability. They have been intrusive & playing the middle man between us & the insurance company instead of letting us deal with the insurance directly. Definitely steer clear of this company.
