Didn't really know what to do so I called Ted Jenks company - an hour and a half later his crew was out and diagnosed my problem, fixed it, and even helped chopped down some bushes that were in the way of the well. Those who have read a few thousand of my reviews know that I do not handout five star ratings, but when I do, I don't give them, I recognize the people who deserve them. These people are ACES in my book. I sent them an email around 0900 on Memorial Day not expecting I would get a reply due to the holiday and all. But exactly three hours later they called me and an hour later they were fixing my water problem. They could easily have told me I need a new pump and charged me several thousand dollars, but they didn't. they told me a bug had gotten into the on/off switch and gotten himself baked in there and prevented the switch from making contact. They replaced that one small part and had me back up and running in a few minutes. Bottom line: 4 and a half hours after I gave them a call, ON A HOLIDAY, they had my problem fixed. This is the best service I have EVER received from anyone EVER. Honest, dependable, and prompt. you have to love that. They are not paying me anything to say this, but please tell them That Guy sent you. I want them to know, over and over and over again just how much I appreciate them. read more

Our pump suddenly went out on a Saturday afternoon, we called and left a message. We were called back that afternoon and a service man volunteered to come out Sunday after church to fix it. Manual was very professional and helpful! We appreciate Jenks for taking care of us on a weekend, making sure we had water ad soon as possible. This company has done well service for us for over 25 years, and this shows why we wouldn't use anyone else. Stay away from these ripoffs. l called Jenks well service to pull a pump on a 160ft well. they came out and replaced the pump. they handed me a bill for $3300. I was shocked the standard charge is 1200. i examined the bill. they marked up the pump (price was on internet), from $670 to1999. a whole bunch of bogus charges truck charge, people charge, mileage charge, all BS. the next week I called Browns water well service (405) 624-8174, out of Stillwater. In a world where there is so much negativity, they were very responsive. The pump in my well lasted 17 years and went out right before the 4th of July. They worked to find a less expensive solution, along with financial help. The crews were very respectful and conscientious with their work. If you need service, definitely call them. read more

My wife contacted Ted Jenks Water Welll Service and spoke to Harmony at the office. She found her a wealth of knowledge and Harmony was adamant that could provide the service we needed to to get our pump volume and pressure up to where it would properly operate our sprinklers. Lowell and his team of him and two nice gentleman helpers. Lowell was very cordial and knowledgeable in his communication with me and my wife. They worked hard and efficiently to get our pump replaced with anappropriate one. It worked like advertised and the all is going well with my current water system. If you expect honesty, integrity with great customer service with you still planted firmly at the helm, then you've landed the right well service team in your court. I had never met these fine business folks before this. It is so nice to know that private companies like this do still exist. I told Lowell my expectations up front, what I knew about what he'd be working with, and that we welcomed his recommendation and my wife and I made the decisions with Lowell's years of expertise help. Nice enough guys...got the job done. Don't expect a bill less than $300 no matter what happens. I needed a $20 part replaced...they charged me double for the part, and THREE HUNDRED for the labor. $90 for the trip charge $190 for the labor For less than an hour's work. Please stay far and clear from this company. Four years ago, my five-year-old well system lost water pressure. I called Ted Jenks and he personally came out to inspect the problem. Before the end of the phone call, I informed him that I was on a business trip and that I would not be home for another four weeks. Mr. Jenks called me the next day to inform me that "ALL the well mechanisms are bad and that I needed a new pump, water pressure tank and electrical supply at a cost of $4,800 to regain access to water." I called two other well service companies, but they could not inspect for another two days. I was in a bind. My house sitter and three dogs needed water immediately. I trusted Mr. Jenks and contracted his services. BIG MISTAKE!! After the installation of what I assume to have been all new well parts my water has a terrible odor of Sulphur. Other well companies attribute this to poor installation, not chlorinating the well properly before and after the work or not putting the pump as deep as the prior pump. Additionally, these other well companies always ask, "Why did they need to change out the entire system since it was most likely the pressure gauge ($22.00). I have been putting a cup of bleach down my well once a month now for the past four years to get rid of the smell. I have repeatably called Jenks to ask if anything can be done. They offered to come and chlorinate my system (for a charge). Just last week, I asked to speak with Mr. Jenks and he would not accept my call. Stay as far away from this company as possible. They are unethical, unprofessional and extremely rude. read more
