If I could give these guys ten stars I would. We had water pooling by our well head and I called around. Had one place come out and tell me I needed a new well. I was frantic. I don't have thousands of dollars for a new well. I was sick. I called JB Water Well and two guys came out. Jacob and Tony were great guys who after about ten minutes of diagnostic work they figured out the leak and fixed it for $517.00. My well went from total catastrophe to a minor little glitch. I can't say enough good things about this company. The office administrator Angela was exceptional at customer service and Tony and Jacob were so thoughtful and professional. Tony did a great job. He came out to our house within twenty minutes. He not only showed us how to change the filter, he also did a water hardness test for us so we could determine if we needed a water softener. read more

The guys that came out to service our well were so great! They worked quickly and thoroughly. Unfortunately the issue is not completely resolved yet (so 4 stars instead of 5) but they called again very quickly to address the issue again after we put in a request.
