She told me she would call when the technician Dustin was 15 minutes out. We got no call and no show. I have called them over and over and they will not pick up the phone! They are listed as being open from 8AM to 8PM. What a waste of my time! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and I will make sure everyone I know knows how unprofessional they are. They say they are Angi List approved.
