The shop is a wreck the floors are stained with shirt paint Inside and there's some sort of bluish dust everywhere. I tried calling them first. Phone rang forever. No answer. I went in to speak with them. Spoke to the gentleman printing. It took a minute for him to turn down the music to even notice I was there.... He told me I'd have to talk to the shop manager about ordering. He honestly didn't seem like he was there to do anything but print. There wasn't anyone else working in the print area. I spoke to a gentleman who said he was the manager in the office. He seemed annoyed with talking to me about my order and frustrated about his day and something other employees or customers had done to him. The owner of Magic Monograms was outside as I was leaving telling inappropriate jokes with another younger employee about the feminine anatomy as they were loading boxes into his vehicle.. This is not a good look for any business owner... Considering the type of jokes. I think I will just go to a more professional shop. These guys are definitely not customer centric. Or professional in any sense of the word.

They said they'd fix it but then I received a call saying that I was misinformed and they can't fix it without damaging the bag. She said "she's been doing this 17yrs" and in "her professional opinion" it looked fine. Well it doesn't match, at all, which you think you'd be able to match colors if you've been doing this 17yrs. You'd think the customer's opinion is the only one that matters about her own bag?! I explained how this was an $80 bag and they ruined it and I really didn't want the bag with the wrong color on it and I wanted it fixed and the manager Kim goes "well I'll just throw it away then" and hung up on me! Now I'm stuck with an $80 bag monogrammed the wrong color! Hopefully I'm able to find another business to correct it! I will not be using this business ever again! They are rude and don't care about the customers opinion!!!
