The one star is the only way to leave a review . I've never use this company and I would not recommend. One of their drivers hit me to the point where I almost got into an accident and he kept on driving. I followed him to get a plate and I called the company that evening. I was told to call the next morning. Two hours later, I guess after they got their stories straight to lie to the cops, they filed the claim. I called the office again and whoever manages it is rude and disrespectful. It's bad enough, He has a strong accent where you can't understand him, but who answers the phone saying " what do you want?" at 9 AM in the morning. Train your drivers to not hit people, but also to do the right thing if they hit people. And get someone else on the phone because the current person you have on there does not know what customer service is. read more

The fact that I can't get lower than zero stars is the only reason Dean gets a one. What should be a simple request for a tow to my mechanic quickly turned into the oddest and least safe tow I can remember. His distracted driving (phone in hand the entire time while talking to someone and navigating), lack of professionalism with loading my car onto the truck (or making me load it to be exact), and overall disposition where bewildering to say the least. I went to get tire pressure sensors replaced. There was only one person on site. He had to call someone to get answers. No one could give me an answer or estimate. What kind of business has no workers on site. I used Ted's for years but the shop now is using people new to America and don't understand how businesses works. If you can't get work done what chance would you have to get something fixed. Stay away from! read more

My truck needed to pass Emissions and this place was recommended. I left my truck undamaged, when I picked it up it was parked facing in a different direction. Took it home to find front end damage. Didn't drive or park anywhere else. Went back to them to report the accident, but the owner said that it had been over 24 hours. Can't go back that far to look at the video. Nothing that he can do! I just got out of the hospital and didn't move my truck for 6 days. Not willing to help . The parking lot is very small and they have tow trucks that are in and out of there. Fun story, my crankshaft sensor went bad on my way to work down 210 South to Indian Head in Maryland. My car went in to limp-mode. I immediately called Geico for a tow, and the car died right next to my assigned towing service. The trucks were out on call, so despite my proximity to the business, I still had to wait for about 45 minutes, but the truck driver greeted me from across the fence and said he'd be around shortly to get me. He arrived not long after, and quickly proceeded to load my Subaru in to the bed. He went so far as to point out that my bumper had sustained damage, which was useful information from the dealership. I hope I get these guys again in the event of a southern PG county breakdown, I was pleased. read more

I used this towing service last week Monday. They came promptly and the lady on the phone was attentive and helpful. When I went to the mechanic two days later, I almost didn't even recognize my car. There were two fresh dents on the driver door and right below it. The mechanic said the car arrived like that so I asked this company if anything had happened to to the car. They said no and connected me to the driver. The driver was very unprofessional and rude. He claims nothing happened to the car and asked for pictures. I sent pictures of the dent no rust or anything and he said that a snow plow must've came and did the damage. My house is on a hill and my car was in the driveway for several months as it cannot move due to a transmission issue. There is no way that could have happened. When I explained that he was yelling say he didn't do anything. He did not own liability to damaging my car even though my mechanic inspected the car when it arrived. Even the nice lady on the phone did not offer me help when I said my car was damaged. Please go anywhere but here. They say its soft towing but my car is now damaged. read more
