After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. Came across this company, didn't realize at first it was an advertisement, but I called anyways because I couldn't find my Triple-A card. A guy on the phone talks over battery options with me and gives me an quote on the phone and tells me a contractor will be out to help me in 2-6 hours (depending on how fast they finish their other orders, plus it was raining). 2 hours later a gentleman comes to my house, fixes my car battery in about 5 minutes, and totally finished after that. They have independent contractors that come around and clearly know what they're doing. I would highly recommend RRA if you're in a bind, it's not terribly expensive and the response time was very efficient. I'll be using them again if I get into a jam.
