He unloaded and loaded the trunk for me so that I could stay safe as a 38w pregnant woman. I appreciated that when he was done he said, "Do not drive over 50 mph with this donut tire and be safe." After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. And even worse, he refused to come back to fix it unless I coughed up more money and/or get a new tire. You have lost me as a customer for ever.
