She has a pre-test lesson that helps prepare the students for the driving test. Also, she's super knowledgeable and helpful with the process of getting everything that's required to get the drivers license. Brinkley's Driving school was able to take care of All of the paperwork so we didn't need to hassle with getting an appointment at DPS. We're So grateful!!! Never once got to see the truck before my test or even use it. Couldn't take the test after all. They wouldn't issue a refund of any sort what so ever because they already took the truck to the dmv, even though other people were testing today as well. They stole the $500 and they said I could attend their school for $3,000 to take my test. I wonder how many people they scam with their "truck rental" service that's not even listed on their website. So much for supporting veterans.

I attended the first of these two sessions last night and was appalled at what I heard and saw. The instructor ("Domingo") delivered about 15 minutes of actual course material during the two-hour class. He spent the rest of the time monologuing about his favorite movies and TV shows or telling stories about growing up in San Antonio. At best, his ramblings were simply off topic. At worst, his stories actually glorified alcohol use! One of his stories from an episode of "The George Lopez Show" went into great detail about the beer keg protocol for Hispanic christening parties. I'm certainly no teetotaler, but this kind of story is completely inappropriate for this class. As presented by CATS, this class is an utter waste of time and may even be harmful to its target audience. The instructor is friendly but completely ineffective. I will attend the second session tomorrow night, after which I intend to write a letter to the judge recommending that this organization be barred from participating in court-sponsored programs.
