Great experience. They made this process teaching my daughter how to drive very easy. They have…read moresimulators to assist in driving skills before they start the drive times with the instructors. For the drive times they have 2 students at a time so they observe another student driving before they start driving. My daughter felt comfortable with the drive instructors, they gave instant feedback and she developed confidence pretty quickly. She had a practice road test on her last drive time. By the time she took the real road test with one of their instructors she was well prepared. It was easy to schedule the drive times online, and they also had the 30 hour practice log online so we could add the hours we took her driving to meet the texas requirements. One of the best parts for me was not having to schedule a DPS appointment to take her road tests results to and get her drivers license. There is a DPS portal now so after the road test you have the option to have Roadworthy upload the drive documents (log, drive school certificate, road test results). If you choose you can take the sealed envelope to DPS to a scheduled appointment. If you opt to use the portal you will receive an email in 3-5 business days and if DPS has accepted the documents you are approved to upgrade the license online, pay and print the paper copy. This was the easiest of all my children and this was #5. The staff was also helpful and friendly at each step. I highly recommend!

Our daughter went from almost zero confidence in the pool to advanced swim skill level in a matter of a few months. This is with only one lesson a week. The coaches here are professional and knowledgeable. Coaches Daniel and Emma are awesome, but I'm sure the others are great as well! The other staff are super friendly and helpful. I enrolled 3 kids, and was hoping for a better experience. We had to miss a couple classes and the company only allows you to make one up. Additionally, it has to be done within two weeks. They have very few class offerings, 1 to be exact. I asked for another option and they wouldn't offer one. I asked if they could extend the makeup period by a week and they said no. I asked if they could be flexible and work with me and they said no. Again, no empathy. So I said I'd have to cancel, bc I can't be losing money if they are so rigid and they said ok and cancelled for me. Again, I just wanted them to be flexible so I wouldn't lose those lessons, but the call center's lack of empathy just convinced me that they're not a good organization to do business with. Be cautious especially if you think your child may have to miss a lesson or two along the way. They will not allow you many (if any) options to reschedule. You're better off finding a different company.

Great information and explained how brain balance would help. Then came the paper with the price... for each kid for 4-5 months $20,000?! They had a payment plan for $2,000 a month?! We are a retired military family that homeschools and was just hoping for extra help. Well seems like you have to be in a certain tax bracket to get help. Truly sad. Until then I am researching on my own how to help my children...

For those of you that aren't familiar with how these businesses operate, it's very simple and it comes down to wether you want to travel to and from and the cost for the services. These types of tutoring businesses will not tell you the cost upfront. It's not in thier benefit to do so. Once you have disclosed the child's personal information and have agreed to what you're not 100% aware of what you're getting in return. Then it's a matter of putting up with commuting back n forth and more than likely experiencing another meeting to discuss that you have to fork up more $, now that they have determined what specific help your child needs. The point is this, these learning facilities never have a pricing sheet for parents to get an idea if it is affordable. Our family budgets and already hectic schedules need to know more or less, at a minimum, what's ahead. But to take up a families time and not know what you're getting is absurd. Tutoring apps and online sites that offer these services, all come with upfront pricing. And most of them come to you. Teachers make less than $30 an hour. Some tutors make as much as 50 an hour. Personally, I dont like, not knowing what tutoring will cost after an initial walk in. Tutoring should not be so non-transparent. We get that from our government already.
