For my recent promotion party, she brought a team, and they delivered far beyond what I expected. She is great at staying within budget while making everything look exactly as you envisioned. I was not involved with the scheduling or set up process, but I heard that it was super easy to communicate with them and to get the order taken care of. Ooo La La Chocolate provided all of the sides (pretzel rods, strawberries, marshmallows, etc) as well as their own chocolate and the woman who came to help out, was super friendly to everyone and got the fountain all set up and ready! She was so great at talking to the guests about how to dip their items so that it didn't make too much of a mess and she even offered to help when needed. The fountain was super fun and seeing everyone's face light up when they go to dip their treat was so enjoyable! While it was not the busiest event, those of us who attended were super happy to go back for seconds and even thirds! When the event was over, she offered to let us keep the items for snacking, but she took care of cleaning the fountain and getting all packed up. Such a great experience! If you are looking for a chocolate fountain, I recommend asking for their assistance. Friendly service and tasty chocolate.

I had family reunion at my house in Arnold, MO (I don't know why my profile says Boulder, CO and I…read morecan't change it!) and due to weather conditions, decided AT THE LAST MINUTE we needed a tent to protect from rain and heat. I called a few party tent rental places and got quotes that were so expensive we had almost decided against it - and then I called Rent a Tent. On the Wednesday before graduation parties and my reunion started on THURSDAY. (Yes, one day notice). Carl answered the phone immediately, gave me an on-the-spot quote that was so reasonable!!!, invoiced me that day and were on the scene at 8 AM Thursday morning for set-up. Such great communication! We prefer to support family businesses like Carl's, and we could not have been more pleased with the result. They were prompt, courteous, engaging, and funny all through the hard-working process of set-up. The product was exactly what we needed and the set up and tear down process were smooth seamless. Mine was a home party - and I cannot recommend Carl and Rent a Tent of St. Louis more strongly!
