You sent the wrong g size. I need to return it. How do I do that? And I need it before Christmas please.

I was fooled by the apparently phony positive reviews and ordered a shirt for a special occasion expecting that delivery within 10 days should be no problem based on the advertised quick turnaround of orders. My order sat unattended for nearly a week and didn't seem to advance until I made multiple inquiries to the company and ultimately gave up and disputed the charges to my credit card. The following day I received a response from this company stating that my order would ship out later the same day. Still having some time before the critical need, I took them at their word and cancelled my dispute. Foolish move on my part as the product never arrived and the once in a lifetime event this was intended for has past. Don't be duped by this company the way I was. read more

I order on line all the time. If you want anything from this vendor, look elsewhere! I ordered a t-shirt that included a ridiculous $6+ shipping fee. It was way too big, so I wanted to exchange it. They told me I would have to reorder the shirt, including that shipping, and then advise them of the order. They would refund just the cost of the shirt only. That would mean paying shipping twice. If I wanted to just return it, there would be a 20% re-stocking fee plus the cost of shipping. I have never encountered anything like this! They say they are making shirts for each order which is a crock. If that were true, then they would not accept any returns. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! read more

I urge you to read reviews of this company across various review sites - over and over and over again, customers report the reaming they've received from this company. They don't take returns or offer refunds. This left me with a $40 hoodie that was total garbage quality (very thin, cheap fabric). sent my hat to someone in Detroit Michigan was hoping to get it for Christmas but probably not now won't order again

I contacted them about my order before they shipped it - the shipping address was going to be outdated by the time they actually shipped the package, so I asked them to ship the package to the new address. They agreed to do so, but still shipped the package to the old address. They then wouldn't respond to my emails for weeks. They only replied after I contacted my credit card company to dispute the transaction. They then said they would ship the package again to the correct address, which took weeks. When they finally sent it, the package contained only part of the order. At this point, I was tired of dealing with them and asked to return the order and be done with it all. They then deducted shipping and a 20% restocking fee from my refund (e.g. charging me 20% to restock items they never sent me since they sent me an incomplete order!) Their customer service is awful, hardly responsive, rude, and difficult. Would NEVER purchase from again and would recommend people stay away. read more

Wonderful customer service!!!! I ordered an item this morning and when I called to confirm that it would be delivered by Halloween I was met by wonderful customer service and an associate who genuinely cares. She hand walked my order down to production to ensure that I would receive my order by Halloween- who does that? Love them and can't say enough wonderful things about them! I ordered a t-shirt for my grandpa on the December 20th for a Christmas present. I figured it wouldn't show up until a few days after Christmas. I ordered 3 shirts from them about 2 weeks ago. After 10 days I called to see what the status of my order was, as all it said online was "being created". The girl said my shirts were finished but they were having problems shipping them due covid (is that all the better excuse they could come up with?). I said that if I didn't have confirmation that they were shipped, and tracking info by the next business day, they should cancel my order and refund my Paypal account. The next day I received an email with a tracking number - for over 2 days USPS states that they received info to create a label, but are waiting to receive the package. Tomorrow is Veteran's Day, so I know USPS will be closed, and not get the package. I have emailed them to cancel my order and refund my money, or I will file a dispute with Paypal. If they can not fulfill the shipping of orders, they should not be taking any more orders - I'll go somewhere else that doesn't lie to customers, and runs itself as a business and not a hobby... read more

I paid for expedited shipping to guarantee that my son would get his t-shirt before Halloween and it is November 1st and the t-shirt is still not here. Customer service did refund me, but told me that the shirt came from a third party source and that they have no control over timing of delivery. Completely disappointed with this company, to say the least. Will not be using them again. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I work in customer service so I know how to handle situations like this. These people have ZERO customer service skills. I paid extra for expedited shipping so that I could have my item delivered by a certain date, only to find out that they needed to make the shirt before shipping it. I called them five days later to check on the status of the order and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. She NEVER called me back as she said she would. She just sent me an email "sorry for the inconvenience, but you should have known about this" with such attitude. When I finally received tracking information, from USPS of course not them they could care less, I find out that these LOVELY people DIDN'T SHIP IT OUT UNTIL 24 HOURS AFTER IT WAS MADE!!!! Which means my item would have arrived on time if they put more effort into doing their job. These people don't care about you at all. They just don't care. No sense of urgency, no compassion. Very sad. Next time I'll just get what I need from Amazon. read more

I ordered two shirts Dec 7 and they arrived in separate packages in a reasonable amount of time (about 12 days). One of the shirts was great, but the other one, an Oktoberfest dye sublimation shirt, was printed front-only and I wanted the one printed front and back. I honestly can't say which one I ordered, since, by the time it arrived, the pricing on both versions had changed and I couldn't verify whether I'd clicked the wrong image. I wrote to request an exchange and offered to pay the difference. However, I was told the two different shirts had the same item number (what could go wrong there?), and I was invited to order another shirt at full price and for the wrong shirt I could "do with it what you wish." So much for the "TeeShirtPalace 100% Satisfaction Guarantee." At least they bothered to reply. To recap: shirt quality excellent and service reasonable, but just hope there's nothing wrong with the order 'cause there's no actual guarantee of any kind. Rodger, Kansas City read more
