Heavy rocks were placed directly near and above my water line, which later resulted in damage to the line in two places. My neighbor also observed excavation below the level line of the home, which raised additional concerns about the workmanship and grading. My work project was only a new lawn install. Much of the work was completed while I was away on vacation in which he knew and waited intentionally giving excuses that he was delayed on another project. Making it difficult to monitor what materials were being used onsite, while I was on vacation. Based on my experience, I was very disappointed with the unethical business practice and his quality of work is not up to pair when you see gravel, rock, boulders and construction debris start to appear especially broken bottles glass, bathroom tiles, sharp metal construction materials in the grass.
