The tee boxes, the greens, and as the fairways were in great shape. We played midweek so not a lot of other golfers so we played at our leisure weight a ranger pushing us a long. If you end up playing here, though, you'll be treated to one of the best 18 holes you can play in Massachusetts. This course is very well maintained, and very challenging. There are almost no holes that you can survive with an innacurate tee shot. The course itself is very long, and has difficult shots around its very protected greens. The course was designed by Donald Ross, and you can see some of his trademark elements still in the design. If you' have enough money to become a member here, I would seriously consider it.

Not sure if their holding hot box did not hold proper temperature but all hot food came out lukewarm. The duck with parsnip purer was mediocre at best . The duck was not browned off enough and came out warm . Parsnip puree was excellent flavor but also cold . The vichyssoise soup was very lite to no leeks at all . Thank god it was served cold like it was supposed to be . The pollack was supposed to be halibut filet but we received some other mystery fish that was non digestible . It did have a very nice thermadore sauce that was on point . Again, it was all served cold with some rice pilaf that was NOT pilaf and 3 haricot vert beans that were peeled . Then the salad , it arrived cold as it should have Belgium Endive filled with blue cheese . The frisée did not help the dish along with the raspberry coulis , it was a raspberry coulis . The icream of good quality creamy , tart was a bit dry and looking for the pignoli nuts . This was supposed to be a French Dining experience honor the father of cookery - George August Escoffier. Wine was paired with each course - some were winners and others were mediocre at best . Service was excellent , cocktail hour was on the money , the selection of seafood on ice was a winner , carving station of veal loin , pork loin with choice of sauces was very well executed . The passed horduurves were all very well done . The Italian charcuterie of cold cuts and cheeses were very good and displayed nicely . The gulf shrimp were perfect size and peeled - U-15 shrimp are always a home run . I don't do oysters - too much risk involved in oyster consumption. Please bring a flashlight as the parking lot at night has NO LGHTS . Good luck finding your car . Recommend going back and giving them a second chance. It is a hidden gem .

My wife and I scheduled a meeting with "Ines" who is the event planner and "David" who is the head chef for their events. They helped us coordinate exactly what we needed and the event went off without a hitch! (it was a reception for about 70 guests.) On top of this the chairs have stains and the pool deck is surrounded by mold. one blonde lady came down and started to yell at the staff. unprofessional. I see many health code violations, diapers in pools, dirty locker rooms/ bathrooms, mold on the deck, and I walked by as a kid was opening a filter and it was appalled. the pool seems understaffed and unprepared for an emergency as their rescue tubes are rubbing red paint onto the guard chairs. there is grass growing on the deck as well as many other concerning sights. do better twin hills.

It includes your choice of martini, a starter salad, an appetizer with three options to choose from, an entrée, and dessert. The martini menu was extensive, and there were a lot of fun options to try. The patio was a great atmosphere, especially with the DJ playing. My dinner entrée was honestly the highlight. It was absolutely delicious and definitely the best part of the meal. The other courses were just okay and didn't stand out as much. The staff was very young and friendly, but at times the professionalism didn't quite match the country club level I would expect. There was a more casual, relaxed energy among the staff that felt a little out of place with the atmosphere of the venue. That being said, everything was handled well it just felt like the service style didn't fully align with the setting. That being said, the value of the Ladies Night special is hard to beat, and I would definitely go back to enjoy the atmosphere, try more of the martinis, and explore more of the menu.

If you're considering hosting an event at Wyckoff Country Club, read this first…read more The venue is beautiful. Unfortunately, that is where my praise ends. Last night, our volunteer committee hosted an 80-person high school reunion. Our guests were professionals in their late 30s --doctors, lawyers, nurses, educators, business owners, etc. We were not a difficult group. We paid our bills, followed the rules, treated staff respectfully, and cleaned up quickly. The problem was not the venue. The problem was the Director of Events, Regina Murphy. Our experience started months before the event. We were initially assigned a coordinator whose communication was so poor that she was eventually let go. We were then reassigned to Regina, and communication remained a challenge. Emails and calls often went unanswered, requiring escalation just to get responses. Despite requesting a contract multiple times, we never received one. Then, just two days before our event, after repeatedly asking for our final invoice, we were presented with nearly $3,000 in additional fees that had never previously been disclosed. Had we known about these costs from the beginning, we would have had the opportunity to evaluate other venues. Instead, the issue had to be escalated to senior management. Unfortunately, the billing issues were only the beginning. Throughout the planning process and the event itself, Regina seemed determined to create conflict over the smallest things imaginable. Not legitimate problems. Fruit. Cupcakes. Minor details that could have been resolved with a simple conversation. What stood out was that these weren't isolated incidents involving one person. Regina had disagreements with multiple members of our committee throughout the process. She turned simple conversations into confrontations and routine questions into power struggles. On the day of the event, I arrived carrying supplies, including fruit that had previously been approved. Regina immediately stopped me and insisted it wasn't allowed. When I asked her to simply verify the information with management, she refused. Instead, she repeatedly reminded me that everyone reported to her, she made the rules, and she was the final decision maker. This was over fruit. Later in the evening, my untouched dinner plate was removed while I was busy hosting the event. I had not taken a single bite. Staff were apologetic and tried to help, but Regina refused to allow a replacement meal or even have it packed to go. I literally paid for a meal I never received. Then came the cupcakes. Our committee brought cupcakes from a local small business. Regina refused to allow them to be distributed and initially refused to release them to us. What should have been a simple conversation turned into yet another unnecessary confrontation. The situation became so ridiculous that the possibility of involving law enforcement was actually raised over cupcakes. Think about that for a moment. A room full of nearly 80 professional adults attending a high school reunion, and the discussion somehow escalated to the point where we were threatened by Regina with police because guests might receive cupcakes that had been purchased by our own committee. At that point, it was impossible to ignore the pattern. Every minor issue became a crisis. Every conversation became a power struggle. Every interaction seemed designed to create conflict rather than solve problems. I cannot in good faith recommend Wyckoff as an event venue while Regina remains the Director of Events. The venue, its staff, and future clients deserve leadership that views customers as partners--not adversaries. Quite simply, based on our experience, Regina should not be in a client-facing role.
