I am beyond grateful that I found this place! I had a little accident with my laptop (I dropped it…read morewhen it was only 3-4 inches away from the ground, ugh!), and thought it would never work again. The morning of the accident, I took my laptop to a few different repair shops. None of them turned out to be helpful, so I thought my laptop's life was over. I spent the rest of the day shopping for a new laptop and panicking at how much money I was about to spend. Well, with one last final attempt, I decided to stop by Teletec 24. They took a look at my computer, asked us to come back in 20-30 minutes, and half an hour later, it was FIXED. It was like some sort of magical wizardry. These guys are awesome, and friendly, and affordable. Now I know where to go from now on, before resorting to buying new products.

From the moment my Wife and I stepped into the shop, we were getting a TOP notch, no nonsense fantastic service. Read in another review that they are advertising a 30 min fix and didn't do it........ I honestly don't care. From the moment we walked into the shop we knew that these guys would get the job done. To sum it up, the next time I have a problem with my phone or ipad, I will not hesitate to go back.
