Each was "working" with a customer but the store was empty. We waited patiently, about 20 minutes just to be greeted with sloth like enthusiasm. When I asked about the BOGO promotion we got the huffy eye roll with "that's for new customers". Not that she asked, I told her we are customers, explained the promo to her, and even showed her the offer on my phone--which she took (pandemic, hello) to show her "co-worker". I asked her to return my phone and why she didn't know about the promo--cue "We don't work for T-Mobile, we're trying to figure this out for you but if you don't have the time"--no I'm sorry, please take a free gift. So I took the free gifts for my adorable associates.

I have received software and hardware support from India, Europe, United States and Canada. I have honestly never written comments or reviews about customer service or tech support but I had to make an exception in this case. I want to comment on order 63590 on December 8th. Jay Morales was the person who took my case from the beginning and I did not get good service. I got excellent service! He went above and beyond his obligations to help me and resolve my problem with so patience and courtesy. He is truly the definition of excelent customer service and it is people like him that make companies grow.
