Calling the facility they were very understanding and helped us out. The outside of the facility was deceiving since it looked like a warehouse. inside was super clean and welcoming. This is a family owned and run operation. There are several generations running this kennel. Their love of dogs is very clear. Our dog enjoyed his stay and was pooped out on the way home which is always an indication for him that he enjoyed his time.

When I dropped her off, the staff came out in the waiting room to meet her, and spend a few minutes making sure she was comfortable. They encouraged me to call and check on her as much as I wanted and said I could visit her during the day. I loved how open they were because some places are annoyed when you call to check on your animals. When I picked my girl up, she seemed healthy and happy. We'll definitely be back again if she needs a place to stay.

They said there wasn't anymore in there and when we get home my dog is in horrible shape worse than before. 2 days later the dog lets ANOTHER PACIFIER OUT. Clearly showing they did not get them out. Long story short when we went back to see what could be done, we find out the lady that did the surgery was the owner and she basically told us to screw off because she did "perform surgery". Literally wouldn't even come speak to us after the manager said she was going to get her so we could talk and she decided to leave. Definitely do not take any animal you care about to this place.

The weight loss really bothered me. Losing a pound or two for a dachshund over a month or so is huge but after one week is BAD! I do not recommend this place at all.

When I picked him up, I was charged the $75 rate plus tax which was 81 something and when I said why so much he said "well we quoted you it's $75,,,, plus tax ,,,,Tennessee tax is 9.25% and that makes it $81." Thank you, sir. I had no idea. He was catty, which is totally not necessary from the owner (he said) and the person taking your money. While I was waiting for my dog, I walked around and looked at some of the merchandise, and everything was dusty ~ on the shelves, the jars of merchandise, everything. It was pretty dirty in there. The machine where you run your card had dust all over it. I understand it's a dog place, but you can dust off your credit card machine and especially the merchandise if you want customers to buy it. All in all, the haircut was OK. And his nails had been clipped and maybe buffed because they were not sharp and ragged like another place we visited. Did not leave feeling good about this place. Note: I have no problem with the tax or the Revenue service! Re-read the review ~ or don't. But don't make it out like I am complaining about the tax. My issue is the price ~ BEFORE tax ~ and the attitude of the employee and the lack of cleanliness.
