Update: We ended up dropping Kinetic by Windstream. The internet continued going in and out. I emailed them as asked to, but never received a response. To their credit though, they credited us the entire last month. Was waiting to receive the bill to update this and it came today. The technical support literally was not able to write down my address to look up my account. It took 5 tries always mangling either a number or the spelling, eventually he dropped the call, just like that, after spending 1 hour waiting and talking. I expected much better reliability and support. If you can avoid them avoid by all means.
