Buyer's remorse. I got a great deal @ Home Depot on a LG steam washer and dryer during black friday. Out the door less the $35 energy coupon and 10% Lowes moving coupon, it was less than $1,300 shipped along with the hose and ducting. Yay! Moving into a new place, we had laundry GALORE! Probably 2 weeks worth. So I had Home Depot schedule the service about 10 days from the day I bought the set. Good deal? So I thought. Few days down the line, I wanted to bump the date up a day in advance (9 days out) because that was the day I was getting the new fridge I bought from Lowes (Totally different experience, will be reviewed later) However, I was shot down like a bird. I was also supposed to receive a phone call the day before the delivery so they can warn me about the 4 hour delivery window. Instead I get a apologetic phone call saying that delivery has been backed up and will be delivered that Thursday instead. What?! I called back LG America and they said they cannot reschedule the delivery. So I wait. The day before (Wednesday), I get a phone call on my voicemail saying delivery is going to be between 3-7 on Thursday. Thursday....Thursday...what did I plan? Right????? 3pm goes by 4pm goes by 5 pm goes by 6 pm goes by (irritated) 7 pm goes by (mad as hell) I digress The Temco delivery guys come at 7:15pm. I had bought the pedestals on Ebay because they were less than 1/2 of the price in the store. Delivered! When the Temco guys came, they first told me that I would need to install the side brackets myself. So I did. When I was installing, the delivery guy was mad that I was installing them because they would have to put the fridge first before mounting the side brackets to secure the washer/dryer down. Ok...wasn't I just following his directions? He then tells me that since I didn't buy the pedestals from Home Depot, they're not legally bound to put them on the pedestals. What?! Pulease, give me a break! You come late, tell me what to do, and then you're not going to put them on there? I was so beyond pissed, I was just about to tell them to go home and I would just buy another set from Lowes. However, they did it anyways because they were fatigued from their 20 deliveries in that day. It just so happened that I was the last delivery and both of us were irritated. So I have my washer and dryer that I got from Home Depot. I think if I knew better, I wouldn't have bought it from here in the first place because Temco delivers from Pomona to Orange County. The workers didn't pick up all the trash they left behind and they were not careful with the pedestals. I had no choice myself. I never received a customer satisfaction phone call from Temco as the driver had previously mentioned. Lesson learned. read more

THe worst delivery service i have ever experienced, Rude and not very competent. Beware Home Depot uses them to deliver large appliances, Rude, poorly experienced installer, Was dismissive in dealing with a female. Would not take my refrigerator off the truck because he didn't like the looks of shut off valve even though we showed him it was completely functional. i waited a week for this fridge and the nasty incompetent delivery guy, walked off not telling me he was leaving, got in his truck and drove off with my fridge. Horrible service. i am now waiting another week with a seriously ill child to get another delivery attempt. i called the company to complain, and they were like oh well sorry . i will NEVER buy another appliance from Home Depot or any store using these delivery people, They are the worst in attitude and capabilities. Beware, There are other Home Depot reviews and complaints elsewhere recounting similar experiences with this delivery service. i am still waiting to have my fridge, costing me nearly 3K, delivery over two weeks with an old fridge that is not keeping food sufficiently cold. Holy cow, these guys are bad. They were meant to install our dishwasher on behalf of Home Depot. They failed three times. The first two times, they were missing parts. The third time, they completely lied about coming to our house. With each failed delivery, we had to wait several days for the next date. We have now resorted to calling the manufacturer to get the part and our paying somebody on our own to do the job they were meant to a month ago. Continuing delivery service with this company will be one of the greatest failng reason that will contribute to Home Depots' businesses. I've just encountered one of the worst service extended by 2 delivery persons, employees of TEMCO WAREHOUSE. The employees...Delivery guys arrived in a rush to my place, projected very impatient and arrogant behavior. Was complaining too many delivery stops to make. Just took a brief look at the No time to figure out installing both our laundry washer and dryer...Coz incorrect measurements of the wires/connection....The second guy was hurrying the first guy who was trying to explain situation...Yelling,. Let's go,. Just returned the appliances,. We got no time.....Storming out of my place. I got so stressed that I ended up with having them returned the items. Update: After spending a 1/2 hour waiting for the scheduler to get a different team, a 1/2 hour before our window closes on 1/2 we were told the same team had our microwave and we would have to be rescheduled. This company is truly terrible. Finally today, we got an experienced team Javier and Ben did a great job. If you find out that this is the company installing your product at least get these guys. I wish I could give this minus 5 stars, but since that's not an option. I ordered an over the cooktop microwave 11/17 and was to be delivered 12/22/20. I got a call the truck broke down and the first available was 12/30/20. The delivery/installation guys arrived today and when asked if they could put on booties, he immediately said no I'll slip. He said he was leaving. I offered to spray his shoes with alcohol and he said no I'll slip. I then said I have plastic I'll put down and he then said he'll slip again. Things got a little heated and he ended up saying to my husband F _ _ _ You and left. I've had several deliveries to my home including workmen. They all would put on booties or would lay their own protection down. I now believe this guys truck never broke down he didn't want to work. This was completely unacceptable during a pandemic with the numbers rising. I will never order a thing from any company that contracts with this Temco Logistics. read more

Wow ! These guys are terrible. They said they'd deliver and install the dishwasher, didn't show up and then said that they did. We have a Ring doorbell and were home the entire time. Never called and said Hey where are you? or can't find the house. These bozos outsourced their customer service to Huntsman Logistics in Las Vegas who can't help you either. When Huntsman "escalated" the order back to Temco and I was told I've hear from Temco the next day. Nope... never did. Rather than try and fulfill my order, too bad buddy, I lost my place in line. Now I couldn't get the dishwasher delivered for another week. Still never got a call back from anyone. Finally I cancelled the order. Avoid dealing with Temco like the plague. BEWARE !!!! Home Depot uses these CLOWNS so if you buy an appliance from Home Depot you get the Clown show known as Temco. One simple word of advice, Don't do business with Temco in any way shape or form. I'm trying to get the word out. I've posted my review on Google as well. Temco is an absolute embarrassment. How and why are they still in business, I have no clue. Customer service, a total shame. Delivery date was scheduled so I took a vacation day and no one ever showed. So I contacted Temco and the customer service rep named Julia was very rude, unprofessional and agressive. I told her no one showed and her response was "the driver rang the door bell several times and no one answered"....funny thing is I have no door bell and I was sitting outside. She then went on to say he was outside waiting, honked the horn....Again, I was outside...so really, which was it "doorbell or honk horn", take your pick. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me. I called right back and this time someone by the name of Talia answered. I asked to speak to her supervisor in which she responded, "I am the supervisor." I informed her of what just happened and her response was total shock "It's not my problem"....I then asked to speak to her Manager and she hung up on me as well. I mean why are we even doing business with this company. I managed to get hold of the driver and asked if he was still within the area to drop off the washer I purchased at Costco, his answer was no and to contact customer service in which I told him I did and he was just as rude and also hung up on me. Is hanging up on your customers part of their job description? I finally had it, contacted Costo and asked to cancel my order. Costo then tried reaching out to Temco and no one was answering (go figure). Costco left Temco a message requesting to reschedule my delivery date. A representative from Temco reached out the following day and rescheduled for a new date. Again, I took a vacation day and let's just say, no one ever showed and I didn't even receive a phone call. I contacted Costo again and said "Cancel my order"....in which Costco canceled my order and refunded me my money. To whoever reads this, please please look at the reviews from Temco in Santa Clarita/Valencia and see for yourself how horrible they are. And if you ever do speak to Julia or Talia, and they start getting all crazy, save yourself the trouble and hang up on them ;) read more

Where do I begin? The INCOMPETENCE of this delivery company is BEYOND BELIEF! I will also post this exact same review on Home Depot's yelp site as they are the ones that use TEMCO Warehouse and Distribution. We ordered a brand new Dishwasher through Home Depot. The delivery guys came, looked under the sink and told us they could not install it as the water valve was broken and they could not shut water off. We had our handyman come the exact next morning, he told us there was nothing wrong with our valve, we just needed the handle tightened. Wow, really? So we called them to reschedule. They came several days later without a warning call at 7AM. Without a warning we were not aware we even needed to be up that early! We called them an hour later at 8AM asking if they could send the driver back and we were told, "no, he has a busy day." Hmmm, he did not make our delivery, so how busy is it? I asked her where the truck was and she said "in Palo Alto which is an hour away" I said No -- Palo Alto is only 5 minutes drive from us. She puts me on hold, then comes back on the phone and says "he is actually in Marin".....hmmmm really? Sounds like a bunch of BS to me. So 5 days later another team shows up and they tell us our dishwasher would not fit in the opening and we bought the wrong size?! Since we have a full size regular dishwasher in there right now, we did not understand how this could happen. They told us our opening was only 33.5 inches tall. I measured it after they left, it was 34 inches tall exactly which would have fit our dishwasher without any issues. After one last attempt to have them come out, they promised to be here today, gave us a 4-hour window, and never showed up. We called them and their lame reply was "the driver did not have the correct paperwork in his truck". Absolutely, positively, and without a doubt, the WORST delivery service I have ever encountered. I work in property management, and deal with appliance deliveries all the time, I have never had this problem once. This was the first experience of such incompetence. The girls that answer the phone are also very unfriendly, argumentative, and unwilling to help. Dead sounding voices that could care less. I guess they are there clocking time till they get their minimum wage. The so called "supervisors" sound as unprofessional as the drones. Really an absolutely awful experience and if I ever order another appliance I will call ahead and make sure Temco is NOT the delivery service, if it is, I will cancel my order and go elsewhere. Hopefully the higher-ups at Home Depot will take a look at the Temco Warehouse & Distribution Yelp reviews which are abysmally low, and stop doing business with this vendor. As for us, we are cancelling our order, they have lost our business. read more

TEMCO is HORRIBLE!! I had a dishwasher delivery and installation scheduled, and 2 guys show up. They look under my sink without touching anything, and claimed the dishwasher was hotwired and they could not perform the install and I would need to call an electrician before they could work. They dropped off the dishwasher in the garage (using a dolly clearly where it said not to on the package). I proceeded to then pull the old dishwasher out myself, and low and behold - It was not hotwired and had a normal 110v plug and junction box. I call them back to have them come back and install it (this is less than 20 minutes later) and they refused to come back, saying I would have to reschedule for following Saturday. I then installed the dishwasher myself with no problems, and Home Depot refunded me for the installation. Then the following week, I still had a haul-away paid for the old dishwasher, and they once again REFUSED me service. They claimed the dishwasher had rat droppings on it (there were some on the insulation from years ago when rat was in our kitchen). Without telling me or knocking on my door they left. Then a customer service agent called 5 minutes later, but as they previously did, they left a voicemail instead of speaking with me directly. They purposely dial so it goes to voicemail after 1 ring. I had another appliance haul away service come 2 hours later and they picked it up with no problem whatsoever. TEMCO makes THE HOME DEPOT look really bad. They make excuses to not work, rush things, and don't even bother speaking to the customer directly. I will NEVER buy another appliance from any company that uses TEMCO as their delivery and installers. They are LAZY and Don't want to lift a finger. read more
