If there is a way to give them ZERO stars I would. This is the worst delivery service I ever experience in my life. I ordered a washer from Home Depot Dec. 23rd and scheduled the earliest delivery date they had available which was Dec. 31st. A day before the scheduled delivery day I get a call that my delivery would be postponed until Jan. 6th. Mind you, I had not washed since the 23rd when my washer broke. I was pretty upset and tried to reschedule. Calling customer service is a whole other nightmare. I waited about half an hour until a rep finally answered and when she was trying to schedule a new and earlier date for Jan. 2nd she put me on hold and for some reason I was put back to the automated queue and I had to start over. When someone finally answered the second time, it seems as though the were working from home or something because all I heard was kids screaming the background, a tv or radio that was on with a plethora of cussing, and no one answered the phone. Then, somehow I was sent back to the automated queue once again. When the final rep answered she scheduled my deliver for SUNDAY January 3rd. Sunday came around and I waited and waited. No delivery. I called Tempco and no one answered. I then called Home Depot and explained the situation they told me that deliveries don't happen on Sundays and that it was really strange that they would schedule it that day. On Monday I received an email that my new delivery date was for Wednesday January 6th. Wednesday comes along and I call Home Depot to confirm (at this point I didn't want to deal with Temco) and they tell me that I am not on the schedule for that day. At this point I am livid. The Home Depot rep scheduled a FOURTH delivery for Saturday January 9th. Well, I called Home Depot the day before to confirm and they told me I was good to go. Today, I finally got my washer. But of course, in true Temco fashion, the delivery was almost not going to happen. My delivery window was between 11:30am-3:30pm. It was 3:15 pm and no washer/call in sight. I called Temco and the rep told me that she didn't know what the status of my delivery was and that there was a possibility that the delivery had been skipped but that she was going to request that they expedite my order. Honestly I feel that had a not called and expressed my concerns and told the rep that I was going to cancel my order, I would have never gotten my washer delivered today. The drivers got to my house at 3:45pm. I have nothing against them or the reps. I don't have names or bad experiences with them per se. It's more of the disorganization of this company and the lack of communication between them, the customer, and Home Depot. I am extremely frustrated at the fact that I had to organize multiple days around the supposed deliveries only to for them to be rescheduled. The lack of respect for other people's time is deplorable. I mean not even a phone call. Quite ironic that they call themselves Temco Logistics when they lack the logistic aspect of a business. I have no idea why Home Depot uses them. This company is a complete disaster. I am so happy I finally got my washer because I'm done dealing with Temco and with this experience I don't know if I would ever order anything from Home Depot again. I am going to be notifying Home Depot of what happened as well. The only thing I am grateful for is that this nightmare is over. read more

Awful. I stayed home all day today because my home warranty arranged a delivery with these people. I had to cancel a half dozen meetings at short notice to do so, because they only called the night before. They claimed they talked to me (which they didn't, but they did leave a message) and attempted to drop off the appliance (which they didn't, we sit right next to the door). When I called, the dispatcher said that the driver took a picture of my house as some sort of proof that they were there. This does me no good, and now I have to take another day off work next week to wait again. Don't interact with these people. read more

Absolutely terrible. Had an install for a washer/dryer, and they were unhelpful the first time around because they didn't have all of the parts I needed. Sure, I should have ordered the parts. After rescheduling for the next week, and with parts in hand, they still wouldn't do the installation despite me having the parts and Home Depot actually recommending that I get the missing part from Amazon. They said they couldn't do the install because the part didn't come from Home Depot. I think the team that showed up simply didn't want to do the work. read more

One of the worst experiences. The installers are not trained how to install the equipment. The Temco installer told me that he has no idea how to install the ice maker and Home Depot should send out the manufacturer tech to install the additional ice maker. After the 3 hour and 2 scratches and a bent back plate the ice maker doesn't work. My biggest concern is they are dealing with a water system that could fail if not installed correctly and leak and ruin my floors etc... I called Home Depot and they are sending Temco out to fix the ice maker that was installed incorrectly by them. I have completely lost faith in Home Depot and Temco and just want to return the refrigerator and buy from another store. I don't know if they can gain my trust back at this point. We ordered a wall oven from HomeDepot. Temco did the removal and installation as contracted through HomeDepot. This was for our rental home in Moses Lake, WA. Our tenant wrote, "Oven is delivered, installed and is working well. We had to customize the hole a little bit to get everything to fit but it is snug as a bug now. The old one is in the back of my pickup waiting for the delivery people to drop back by and pick it up." With supply issues our tenants haven't had a working oven for TWO months! I have my appliances (washer & dryer) delivered on February 23rd. I purchased from Home Deport. Delivery men Margarito & Jesus were fantastic came early morning. They called me 20 minutes before they got to my home, very professional. This Temco team were clean, work quickly. Margarito was the installer he was knowleagable, put the steel hoses for washer test everything. Installed the dryer, same thing he check connections. He made sure that everything was working. I wish I could rate 0 stars. First off, Mercedes, the manager woman you'll speak to when they inevitably don't deliver your item is a horrible human being. She was rude, laughed at my frustration and had no sympathy or care for her job or her customers. She's probably paid hourly and simply just does not care - as long as she gets her pay check every few weeks. This company was supposed to deliver a fridge ordered from Home Depot on Saturday (it's now Monday) and we have 7 people living in our home. It's been a week without a fridge now and these drivers were too lazy to KNOCK ON OUR DOOR so they left. They sat in their van, called and no one answered since our landlord was out of town, and then they left. No knock. No more effort than a quick phone call and they drove off. Now they're saying they can't deliver for another 5 days and I asked if that's why this company has such bad reviews and she laughed and said "Sure, mam." What a shitty person, what a shitty company. To my fellow yelpians, I am writing this review praying that it brings this company, TEMCO Logistics, to a solid ONE star. We missed our delivery truck by one minute today (literally). I was told previously that we would be given a curtesy call "approximately 30 minutes" before the delivery person WOULD ARRIVE. Knowing this, I went to work as we work close enough to the apartment. I was called at 10:40 with a curtesy call. At 10:52AM, the delivery guy arrived at our apartment. 12 minutes is NOWHERE close to 30 minutes. Furthermore, he said there was a standard 10 minute grace period. If the estimated allowable time is 40 minutes, the truck left much earlier. While I was on the way, I tried calling the delivery guy, but the he stopped answering his calls. To make matters worse, I tried calling the number to reschedule, the woman said he would try to get back to me so I stayed at my apartment. Two hours later, there was no word, so I had to call back where they said the delivery couldn't happen today. The End, read more

PART 1: Unprofessional and incompetent handling of ordering and delivery by both Home Depot and Temco Logistics. 11/1/20: I placed an order online with Home Depot for a GE refrigerator, delivery scheduled on 12/13/20. 12/13/20: truck arrived with the refrigerator along with washer/dryer that I placed in another order. Washer and dryer were delivered inside upstairs. Regarding the fridge, the guy refused to bring it in upstairs to the second floor. Reason: it could not go through the stairs due to its height. This is a 22.2 cu. ft. counter-depth refrigerator, not a huge one, and the brand new townhome is built in 2020. I asked him how the model home could have fridge inside. He said the builder delivered the fridge through the balcony upstairs. He even said NO fridges could go through stairs like that. I asked him how could I order one for my home if NO fridges could go through the stairs. He said the ONLY way was for me to hire a moving company to lift that 365-lb fridge off the ground and deliver it though the second floor balcony. Then he left after reminding me 3 times to give him the 5-star, not 4, rating, "Just because I don't deliver the fridge for you doesn't mean that I am a bad guy. I delivered the washer and dryer upstairs for you to the third-floor. Nobody could do like I did." I called home builder and was told what he said was not true. They don't bring refrigerators inside model homes through the balcony upstairs. There are at least 50 new homeowners who've already moved in with refrigerators ordered from outside and delivered in with no problems. I spent 3-4 hours calling Home Depot being run around by automatic system. Finally got a live agent, he transferred me back to automatic system. I ran to a local HD and was told local HD was separate from HomeDepot.com, and they had nothing to do with my issue, that I needed to call HD again. I called HD talked to Susan from the Resolution Team. She said since my home was a new built, the delivery crew should be able to get it through, gave me a phone number to call GE delivery department the next day on Monday when they opened. 12/14/20: I called GE delivery and spoke with Teresa. She put me on hold to talk with Temco, then came back with rescheduled delivery date of 12/17/20 with a different crew. 12/16/20: I received both email from HD and voice message from Temco confirming delivery on 12/17/20 with time window 7-11am. 12/17/20: I waited 7-11am. No show. No call. I called Temco. Samantha said the delivery crew called me at 7:49am, they parked in front of the home for 15 minutes then departed. They already finished the route, wouldn't come back. I said I was at the home with my phone by my side the entire time. I didn't see any truck, didn't hear any ring, didn't have any missed call. Then she said the order was canceled, that I had to call HD. I call HD and talked with Veronica from Resolution Team. She said she did see GE scheduled a re-delivery for 12/17, that my order was canceled by Temco, not by HD, at 6am on 12/17. She said I had to call Temco to find out why. One the order was canceled, HD couldn't do anything. I need to place a new order. I asked if my order was canceled (without my knowledge), I didn't receive any notice of refund/credit back to my visa. She said, Temco canceled my order, they are the one to give me my money back, not HD. I asked for a manager to call me back. She said she noted my request. No manager from HD has called me since. I called Temco and spoke with Darlene(?). She said the order was canceled on 12/13, that I "refused" the delivery. I said your delivery crew refused to bring it in, not me. I wanted it, but they didn't bring it in. I asked to speak to a manager. She said no manager was available. I asked for one to call me. She said she would note that after she created an escalation ticket number. I asked for that ticket number. That's when she put me on hold for a while, then a supervisor came on the phone to talk to me. The supervisor said that the delivery crew returned on 12/13, marked "refused delivery" with a note that the fridge did not fit the stairs. I said he told me NO fridges could go through my stairs (a new built). He refused to bring it in, did not explain to me what would happen after that. He told me to call HD. I had no idea that he marked "refused" and canceled the order. She apologized and said would give feedback to the delivery crew. She also acknowledged that her agent at her department made a mistake of rescheduling the delivery on a canceled order, when she was not supposed to do that. The delivery was scheduled. I did receive delivery confirmations by both HD and Temco. But nothing happened on the delivery date because there was no active order for the truck to go out. read more

After scheduling 4 more times for delivery and each time ended with no washer and dryer today I finally go it. And guess what it fit no issues installing but that was the original problem they said it wouldn't fit so how all of a sudden it fits. They clearly have lazy installers but they get paid for delivers not actually doing the work so they don't care if it gets installed or not. After a month of waiting this is the worst company I ever had to deal with. Any positive review I see I'm skeptical because there are so many bad ones.
