I had the exact same experience as some of the other reviewers: delivery guy claimed that they could not install because of the copper wiring and there was no water valve. Had to call a plumber but no issues! Then scheduled to deliver from 12-5pm. No show - called the number and the agent could not even reach the driver and was basically telling me 'well you can wait to see if they show up or call us tmr to reschedule for next week'. Temco Logistics has the worst customer service center I have ever known. I spoke with one lady of their customer service, named *Brenda*, today about an incomplete installation work the company provided for an appliance from Home Depot yesterday. First, Brenda's phone has some problems and I can constantly hear the echo of my own words. I put on a headphone on my side to mitigate the problem, but the echo is still there. I told Brenda about this, but she keeps blaming me for "speaking too low" --- I literally don't know how she concluded with that, since on my side I have already tried to speak so loud that my wife in the next room can hear me clearly. Next, Brenda's attitude problem comes out when I was trying to understand why she cannot perform a re-schedule of the work to complete the installation work. I understand that she cannot directly perform the re-schedule since she is not in charge of the work order scheduling system, and she cannot put me through to the department for placing the order since that department can only come back to work on Monday (today is Sunday). However, what gets me really angry and worried is **her attitude in telling me that**: she uses an non-negotiable tone to tell me that she CANNOT help me further and I HAVE TO call back again on Monday, without any signs of being sorry. When I tried to understand why they cannot leave a note to the department for placing the order so that they can call me back to handle this, she keeps telling me that this is not how the company works and thus calling back again is my "ONLY OPTION". First, this re-scheduling is caused by their company's fault in the first place, since the worker was not professional enough to get the installation correctly installed. Second, it is NOT MY FAULT that she cannot help me further; it is their company's fault that they cannot serve re-scheduling requests on Sunday. As a customer, they made me work more to get their fault fixed, so I thought they should feel sorry about it and try their best to comfort the customer and make it as easy as possible at the customer side to get their fault fixed. However, what I hear from Brenda is only **their company works in a non-negotiable way that they intentionally want to give the customer the burden of fixing the company's fault**. If Brenda can sound a bit more sorry about this and be more cooperative in making me understand why making my side call back again instead of coordinating on their side to make the customer easy is the only option, I won't feel this angry. After I tried to ask for the reason many times with Brenda, she even **threatened that she cannot help me further and she will disconnect the phone**. Is this how you treat your customer? If you cannot answer the customer's question, you say "hey, I cannot help you, not my fault, and I will hang up, bye bye"???!!! This is terrible. Seems that Temco Logistics does not have a rating or reporting system for me to report this, so I have no choice but put my story here. Hope that (1) this can warn **other customers** how bad Temco Logistics customer service can be so that they won't be totally surprised when they are treated rudely like me today, (2) **companies who work with Temco Logistics**, e.g., Home Depot, can be aware how bad their collaborator is and seriously re-think about their collaborator choice, since this may turn customers away from them also, and (3) **Temco Logistics managers** can see this and know how some employees like Brenda can significantly ruin their reputation and negatively affect their business. read more

I purchased a refrigerator through Home Depot. The delivery man ARTURO CORTES, FROM TEMCO, showed up not personable, but ok. Then when it comes time to install the new line he says, they can't do it. Won't even hook the line to the water. He lied and said the line was far from the sink to the refrigerator, even though they are right next to each other. HE SAID THE THERE WAS NO VALVE BEHIND THE REFRIGERATOR....Beware the bait and switch, speak with your distributor before accepting the DELIVERY service of TEMCO. I ordered a freezer from the Home Depot. They contacted me and said the delivery would be on March 3rd. The Temco driver contacted me in the morning to tell me he was on his way. The driver arrived, installed the freezer and made sure everything was operating properly. They did an amazing job and I would definitely use them in the future. Outstanding! read more

It's because of these people that Home Depot will not get any more of my appliance purchases. Always ask who the delivery company is before you pay and if it's these guys just go elsewhere. September 2017- Dishwasher installed by Temco Logistics. Approximately 15 to 20 minuted after they had installed and left later they called and explained that they installed the wrong dishwasher and they were coming back to install the correct item. All seemed well but they were a bit rushed due to this making them behind in their delivery schedule. February 1 evening, discovered water coming from under the wood molding that housed the dishwasher. Placed towels down to catch moisture and started fan blowing on wet carpet/wood molding. February 2 located a plumber to come out and look at the issue. He determined that the problem was with the water supply or install kit. He didn't want to touch the unit, other then removing the kick board to take a look and video and pic, due to the fact that the install should have been under warranty. He turned off the hot water so that water would not continue to drip and cause damages. He charged me $50.00. I called Home Depot and started the claims process. February 5- GE technician came out. Looked at the problem. He too thought it was the water supply/Install kit but just to be safe replaced the valve. He spoke to the manager Joe at Home Depot and told him his findings. A call with the install team was scheduled eventually February 8th. February 10th- the install team (Temco Logistics) came out too a look at the issue, didn't pull anything out as they said they were not allowed too. They wiggled a couple of items and said it was the dishwasher it self that needed replacing. They had me write a statement and told me to call GE and start the replacement process. Still running fan on affected areas. Started noticing musty smell under the sink cabinet, the doors no longer shutting properly and wood molding separating that the seams after they dried out. Removed one of the kick boards closest to the dishwasher which showed mold. February 12th- Called GE and told them what I was told by the install team. They referred back to their paperwork from the 5th and stated that it was a install problem not a unit problem but they would schedule another GE tech to come out and double check. Called Joe at home depot to update. February 13- GE tech came out again and looked over the issue. He too determined it had to do with the water supply/Install kit. He made noted at the bottom of the ticket from the 10th so that I could relate this to Joe. February 14- Install team (Temco Logistics) came out, pulled out the dishwasher and took a close look. Replaced/repaired the water line/install kit issue. They verbally told me that the install kit had not been installed correctly by the original team- they had not used plumbers tape on the hoses. Hooked up the dishwasher again. Turned on and tested. No more water leak. Installers spoke to Joe at Home Depot over the phone regarding repair and next steps. Photographed damages and forwarded to Joe. February 19- was contacted by Temco, they wanted copies of paperwork, and a photo of the kitchen for starting a claims process. Week of March 19th- emailed asking for an update. Was told I would have something that week or next. March 30th- emailed again asking for an update. Received a call from Dave at Temco stating that because the GE tech came out and replaced a valve to see if it fixed the issue that he had tampered with evidence and voided my warranty. They would not be honoring the claim unless GE could supply the part they replaced and documentation regarding the replacement. The whole claim may have cost them maybe 200.00. Utter non-sense. Home Depot should stop using this company. read more

They delivered a fridge and gouged a huge hunk out of my baseboard. This was our conversation: Me: "Can you compensate me for this?" Delivery Guy: "For what?" Me: "For the damage to the baseboard." DG: "I didn't do it." (lying) Me: "How can I file a claim?" DG: "Call Home Depot." (rudely) Me: "What's the name of your company again?" DG: "It's written on my shirt." (even more rudely) After contacting Home Depot, I was sent to the TEMCO Claims department. Once again, they denied everything. Unbelievably, they emailed me a document on which my signature had been FORGED stating that there were no damages during delivery. The signature is obviously different from my real signature. This morning my cafe refrigerator was being delivered. When the delivery guys came they mentioned several times that the fridge I picked is very large and I should get a smaller counter depth fridge bc it would be easier to deliver. I felt like he didn't want to do his job. Anyways I told him no we will keep it. He told me we had to remove our railing that's in the stairwell. We had some difficulties getting it off and damaged the paint in the process which is very annoying bc we just moved in last night into our brand new built home. Then he checked again if I was sure I want this fridge bc it's very big and will stick out and of course I said I'm going to keep it. Then he proceeds to get the fridge out of the box and onto the dolly. He brings the fridge to the front door and goes inside my house without me in It and closes the door and I hear all this loud banging. I ask him what he's doing and he tells me he's removing my door. I totally get that in some cases you'll have to do this to get the fridge through but the lack of communication is what upset me. You should tell me that you're removing my door! Unfortunately he was not able to get my door off and said he had to go bc he was here for over 30 min. This guy did not think before asking us to do all this work. Why did you tell us to remove the hand railing before you checked the door????? You guys are the delivery experts not me the customer. You guys should have followed up with me to check the dimensions of the entry way to discuss any issues prior to the delivery. You would think that purchasing the top of the line Ge fridge you would get good service. Now I have a paint chips on my brand new home, this guys hands were so filthy and so there are dirty hand markso on my walls. On top of that he left garbage from the packaging on my street which I cleaned up. Another issue was he was wearing his mask with his nose and top lip exposed and I had.l to remind him multiple times to pull up his mask. These guys were not mean or rude but I felt like from the beginning they did not want to do their job bc they kept trying to convince me to get a smaller fridge. They also did not have any common sense to think things through before making us do all the work of removing the hand rail and front door. I'm so upset!! Our delivery for our washer and dryer was rescheduled 3 times- a week apart might I add...which is a long time go without these appliances. We did everything in our power to make sure our delivery would actually arrive today (calling multiple times in the morning), and they assured it would arrive within an hour. We were home all day, but noticed a missed call saying they arrived and nobody was home.... we immediately called back. About 30 minutes later they finally showed up, and the guy was extremely rude. He complained about us not answering our phone, complained about us wanting to stack them, and then proceeded to say our water wouldn't turn off when he looked at our old washer. When my husband quickly did it for him, he went outside and all of a sudden said that the washer and dryer were broken from unloading and loading so he couldn't install them. I'm 200% sure that it was always broken and they just were looking for an excuse to not install and blame it on us. We cancelled our order - not sure how this place is even in business with a company like Home Depot. read more

Cheerful, efficient, gave added help (switched the fridge hinges from right to left side), then applied magical skills (Windexed this old building's kitchen door jams to slide the almost too-wide fridge through and into place), and all done in 28 minutes. Wow, where do I even begin. I order a Washer dryer from Home Depot. There contacted a company named Temco Logistics to deliver the unit which under normal circumstances would be totally normal. In this instance they sent a guy who is mad at life and possibly dangerous. The delivery driver was Rude, disrespectful. These are just 2 of the ways I would explain this guy. I am pretty sure he damaged my unit out of spite. He attempted to drive away without dropping off the unit unit one of the workers on site begged him to drop off the unit. He was supposed to install the unit and refused to do it even though I paid for it. In the end I am left worried for my safety and not knowing if the unit is going to blow up on me. I called to speak with the managers and they simply let me on hold for hours with No regard for my time or customer experience! Makes me question if I even want to buy delivery items from Home Depot knowing this of the type of delivery service they use. read more

Do not repeat DO NOT purchase an appliance from anyone who uses Temco. Ask them first who does their delivery/setup. Second time now that they've stiffed me in a similar way. Each time, the "installers" refused to remove my old appliance, because reasons, leaving me stuck with an unusable unit and having to be a jerk to Home Depot in order to get a refund. Not good. It's not our fault that Temco hires people who can't or won't do their job. Maybe one day, certain companies will figure out that delivery and installation shouldn't be done on the cheap. The guys that deliver and install are great. The back-office operations at Temco is TERRIBLE. We waited on hold for 2+ hours on several occasions just to get delivery of the dishwasher we ordered from Home Depot scheduled, we could never get through. Even our Home Depot rep. agreed with us their their Customer Service is the worst (we were on hold with our Home Depot rep. for most of the time). They are understaffed and definitely not prepared to scale with Home Depot's delivery demand. Home Depot should STOP using this deliver service immediately. read more
