I ordered a dishwasher, fridge, oven, and microwave from Home Depot, as part of their memorial day special! Home depot was great and friendly and I was very excited to get my units! All items showed up within a week except for the dishwasher, The trucker said it had damage. They said they would bring one out later that week, and nothing came. I waited 2 whole weeks for the unit to come! This company is a complete joke! The 2 guys they had install the unit were rude, they did not even wipe their feet or hands. They left boxes all over from the installation, also left the machine dirty. Also worst of all they left packaging material inside the machine! They didn't take the time to show me how to use my unit, nor did they pull out the tape inside the unit or any of the packaging material. The machine is not even level! The top rack slides back when open which means they just threw it in there! I have tried to call them, but they ignore my call, and once I get through Kay who is a manager there supposedly is always busy! I have been very calm and sweet with them, and they will not make this right! I will never order anything from Home Depot again, because they also do not care! Temco Warehouse and Home Depot are 2 of the worst companies I have ever worked with! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT! BUYER BEWARE! read more

Jorge and Angel did an awesome job delivering our new washer/dryer from Home Depot. They actually did everything Home Depot stated, which doesn't happen often with other delivery services. They called ahead with the delivery window within a reasonable timeframe. They showed up, looked over the job, unpacked, installed, took away old appliances, and cleaned up all in a good rhythm. You call there number then it tells you an estimate wait time which is bs they told me the estimate wait time was 40 min I wasted 1 hr + on the phone and home waiting for a delivery then I searched the reviews for a different number and when you call it just goes straight to voicemail saying to call during business hours which is exactly what I did. If I could rate negative stars I would. This company was contracted by GE appliances where I purchased my washer and dryer set. There were some major damages that were done to my home upon delivery. The delivery guys had my husband sign a release form which they said needed to be signed for the installation that was done. So when we tried to put a claim in to them for our damages they denied it saying we signed a waiver. We believe this is unethical and Temco should be liable for the damages. Below is an email that I sent to them along with pictures of the damages to the home. Again, they declined our claim! Make sure you do not sign anything after installation. You will waive your rights if there are damages. I wrote this review so that others are aware when it comes time to delivery as it appears they deliver for both GE appliances and Home Depot. And if you're looking for a delivery service, I recommend looking elsewhere! Below is the email that was sent regarding our damages. As I mentioned in my voicemail, we had some issues with delivery. First of all, there was no confirmation on delivery day and time. We did receive a voicemail from the delivery guys an hour before they came to the house, but I did not get a chance to return the call. It was an inconvenient time since I have two young kids at home, and it was around naptime. However, we accepted the delivery since they had already unloaded the truck outside. We expressed our concern about getting the carpets dirty since the washer/dryer unit is on the second floor. The old unit had some dirty water in the pan that had leaked. Our house is only 3 years old, so we wanted to make sure that we didn't damage or soil the carpets. He suggested that we lay some towels on the floor, which we did and my husband and I cleaned up the water for them to remove/install the new unit. I was hoping at the very least they would have covers on their shoes to protect the carpet before removal but apparently they did not. As they begin to remove the unit I noticed that there were some water clicking on the carpet. They took the unit downstairs, and I noticed that there were a couple of dings and scratches on our recently repainted walls. This same thing happened was they were coming up the stairs with the new unit. The next thing was getting the unit back into the proper spot inside the pan. It was an absolute disaster, and the delivery guys could not figure out how to get it inside properly. My husband even suggested a method but they continue to force it in and ultimately cracked and broke the pan. On top of that the frame on the door was damaged. Please see attached pictures of the carpets, walls, water pan, and door frame. We feel that the job was rushed and the delivery guys were not professionally trained to handle installing the unit. We decided to replace the defective appliance with a similar one from GE because it seemed the most cost-effective since we didn't have to replace the water pan and get a plumber to install a new one. But now there are damages to the house that we'll need to fix. I have my husband on copy in case he would like to add anything since he was working with them to get the appliance installed. Zero stars or less is my actual rating. Home Depot (HD) uses Temco for their appliance deliveries. Ordered a Whirlpool range online, to be delivered to one of my vacant apartments. Requested a delivery window ANY TIME of the day AFTER 10am, as that's the soonest I can get someone out to that city to accept delivery. That's where the fun ends. The way it works is you receive an automated call from HD the eve before the deliv with the time window. My deliv was orig set for 5/31/22. Rec'd the call the eve before at 6pm with a 7-11am deliv window. As I'm told we're typically the 2nd stop, that places the deliv at approx 7-7:30am, WELL before I can actually have anyone there. The best part is, the message also says if you need to make any changes to the deliv, call XXX-XXX-XXXX. Guess what? TEMCO GOES HOME AT 5PM, which makes it impossible to make any changes. So stupid. My only choice was to completely rechedule the deliv for a full 2 wks later. The next HD rep I spoke to placed all the blame on Temco, and called them while I was on the line to MAKE SURE they would honor a later deliv window, which I'm told they had "no issue with" because I "made my request early enough", and I would again receive a call the eve before with my "new window". Got the call on 6/13/22 @ 5:45pm, with the SAME deliv window of 7-11am. NO SURPRISE here, as it's a world run by children who just want to push buttons & stare at their iPhones. Immediately clld HD and was provided EXACTLY the same song and dance as 2 wks ago. HD washes their hands of it and claims they can't help at all. ZERO consideration for the paying customer as Temco's only concern is their delivery route, which by the way, based on their warehouse and my buildings' locations, makes no geographical sense why I'd be their 2nd stop and not the last. SO, I'll either pay one of my guys extra to drive out to the building to accept this deliv, or do it myself, and this is absolutely the LAST TIME I buy anything bigger than a stick of lumber from Home Depot. You Lowe's fans take note, they use DSI Logistics (see their similarly horrific reviews, including mine), so Best Buy now has ALL my appliance business as the one time I bought an appliance from them, they accommodated me completely. TEMCO SUCKS, HD isn't far behind, and the reviews prove it. UPDATE: the Temco driver ended up calling me at 6:30am!! and said they were 1/2hr away. Two guys delivered our washer and dryer on the date and approximate time. I was very upset when the helper decided to walk in the lawn and got dog poop on his shoe and tracked it in and onto our clean carpet. when my wife got home she was pissed. I have called the number that I was given 1-877-961-6683 and they told me that they would get in touch with me 24 to 48 hours I ask them if I just have to live with the poop on the carpet and she said I'm so sorry. Avoid this delivery company at all cost! I got involved with this company because of an order from Home Depot. Because of the nightmarish experience, I will think twice before ordering appliance from Home Depot again! My dishwasher delivery/installation was scheduled 3 times already and I still don't have the dishwasher up and running. First attempt: they said they couldn't install because the water valve under the sink was dripping even though it wasn't dripping before they turned on it; Second attempt: they said they didn't have the right electrical cord even though the dishwasher product brochure clearly says an electrical cord is part of the package; Third attempt: they didn't show up. They said they came to my house but nobody was at home even though I was at home the whole time. The fourth attempt is scheduled in a few days. I pray to god this will be the last time I deal with them! The supervisor of the call center was extremely rude and unhelpful. I talked to her after the second failed attempt and she said she would call me with a resolution the next day but she never did. I left a few messages for her and she never replied. read more
